I was so impressed with Kay at the floor trader we shopped around found some awesome carpet at a great price Kay helped us through all steps all was done on time and looks great! Floor Trader is absolutely THE BEST flooring company in Colorado Springs! Not only was the quoted price competitive with the big home improvement stores in town, the service was exceptional! I dealt directly with the owner, John Hughes who walked me through the installation process and what to expect. He assisted me in selecting the right laminate for my home and Erasmo and Carlos did a great job on the installation. John even came by to make sure the job was to my satisfaction. You can see why Floor Trader has been in business in Colorado Springs for so long and why it has a BBB rating of A+. My rating for Floor Trader is an A+++! Great experience and great result!
