Good food with excellent happy hour deals. The sesame-crusted ahi tuna and short rib tacos with kimchi were both excellent.

We used a two for one from the Entertainment Book. It was a super deal. I got a delicious tuna sandwich and it was good but it didn’t blow my socks off. I like judge Baldwins… definitely pretty good for a hotel.

Hi I had a great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere seems to have changed for the better with the new ownership. I had a delectable prime rib sandwich, and my friend James had the BLT club sandwich. Served with spicy mustard, these sandwiches were a delight to devour…

Best. Server. Ever … Our gang of five took the convenient(lazy) route at the Antler’s Hilton where we were staying by starting our night at the hotel bar. Much like the judge himself, Judge Baldwin’s was dead. The TVs had sports, but there were no customers. This may not be the coolest place for 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday. Things perked up immediately with the arrival of the bored, but chipper server. She was friendly and probably the best server ever because we got our first round of drinks of the night promptly … plus the quick lowdown for the other places to hit instead of Judge Baldwin’s for fun. God, I love honesty … and a 65% tip proved it. Judge Baldwin’s was an a-ok hotel bar and turned out to be a great start of an even greater night … thanks to a bar server with the 411 on how to have fun in downtown Colorado Springs. Wish she’d of joined us because she was literally the best … server … ever.

Decent food and reasonably priced for being in a hotel. Not something I’d go out of my way for, but if you’re staying at the Antler’s Hilton and don’t feel like exploring it’s a good option.

This is a local place located inside the Hilton hotel downtown Colorado springs. Great pub like atmosphere with featured local beers and a upscale menu. Our server Tiffany greeted us with a smile and quickly with our beverage order. We chose the chicken lollipops for an appetizer which came with a sweet spicy dipping sauce and BACONWRAPPED chicken drummies that were very tasty. Our dinner entrees were the tomato basil scallops and the cowboy rib eye. Steak cooked perfectly and scallops that finally weren’t overcooked. Great overall experience would definitely be returning.

We are staying at the hotel and wanted something quick. My husband had the Turkey burger and fries. Good size and the burger was very tasty. I had a Santa Fe salad with grilled chicken. Good portion, but dressing was too spicy. Service was a little slow, but all the cooking was done to order, so it was worth the wait.

The service was good. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was very good minus the one dish I ordered but didn’t like. That isn’t a knock on their food at all it was my personal taste. Everything else was delish!

Go someplace else! Just aweful service and food! I took my brother here for his birthday today, his choice. I wanted a vodka tonic with lime. She brought it back with lemons and I was told that they were getting some more …10 minutes later no limes, nor did she check back so I went to bar and was told they were out!!! Restaurant nor bar had limes? Ok I asked for wine instead. I’m ok with that. Then I order the lobster pot, I am told they don’t have lobster! It is on the menu and it is a Tuesday night 5:00, not on weekend that they got slammed and ran out. Poor management of supplies. Ok I order the lamb burger, she asked how I want it I say medium rare. Comes back welldone, no pink at all and no flavor and dry! I try hard to just let it all go but seriously! I can count on one hand how many times I have sent back a meal in 50 years! I had to, it was that bad. Then chef comes out and says they can’t cook it medium rare because of the seasonings they use in it won’t let it bind? So I agreed to no seasonings even though that made no sense to me and I am a gourmet cook myself! So then I tell her it is my brothers birthday and can we see a dessert menu. They don’t have one but they have a few desserts. She not only didn’t wish my brother happy birthday, but no candle, no offer of complimentary for your birthday… most places give the birthday dessert free… And yes it really was his birthday TODAY. Left with a bad taste in my mouth… punn intended!

Nice place to grab a bite to eat. The staff is friendly. The burger and fries are my go to items. The location makes it a great place to park and walk around. The tap beers are great! Whenever the conversation is about the best place for a burger, I always name this place as an example. The prices are not bad. When you walk in you may think that its a high price establishment by the décor, but its not.

Staff was really friendly, food was meh. Fries were a big disappointment, soggy and undercooked. Beer was good though, and service was friendly — which is why it was 2 vs. 1 star.

We arrived in Co Springs on Christmas Eve and had to search for a place that was open and stumbles upon Judge Baldwins. They had some interesting items on the menu and several traditional favorites. I had the turkey burger and asked for a salad instead of fries. The meal took a little long, but was outstanding. Very nicely seasoned turkey burger with gourmet bun and fresh garnishes. The salad was a generous portion of fresh greens and veggies and included a pecan encrusted goat cheese that was delicious and a good balsamic dressing. Totally enjoyed it. My daughter had the southwest chicken salad which was also very fresh with a whole grilled chicken breast nicely cooked, very tender and well seasoned. All in all great meal for a reasonable price and perfect for hungry travelers. A little slow, but waitress was very pleasant.

I’d heard quite a bit about this place on the radio and was really excited to try it, the ads sell it as a great place to get good and exclusive craft beer but the tap selection can be described as nothing else than hyper-pedestrian. I’m sorry, but if you promote yourself as a craft bar in Colorado Springs and you’ve got Bristol and Breckenridge allover your taps, you should just call it a day. Also our service was just horrible. No need to expand on it, even if it was this girl’s first day, it would be inexcusable. WE’RETHEONLYPEOPLEATTHEBAR! Didn’t try any of the food. The menu looks pretty modest and solid but I doubt I’ll be back to try it.

Wish I could give it a higher rating but they never came to take a food order. She forgot my beer. She refused to look at me. The menu looks nice but I won’t be back to try. Even if it was her first day she should still be able to say«Hi, how are you? What can I get you? Would you like a lunch menu?» I wish she would have been busy or have had some excuse to have bad service but we were the only people at the bar. Bums me out, I love our downtown scene. I wanted to find a new spot off the beaten path but this sure isn’t it. *Bartender’s name was Micah. Maybe other servers offer better service…

The lamb burger is delicious! It does have a hotel restaraunt vibe. The servers are friendly.

Brandt and Matthew were excellent and attentive waitstaff. Their suggestions paid off as I trusted them with the menu selections. The raw then baked cranberry, white chocolate cookie Alaska ala mode with caramel sauce is a winner! Thank you, gentlemen! r Alaska

This place is much better than it used to be! Décor is kind of cheesy but food is great! Highly recommend the bacon wrapped dates and the Korean BBQ wings(SPICY)! Great craft beer to boot.

A revamped menu with some exciting burger choices means this is a spot worth checking out whether you’re staying at the Hilton or you’re a local looking for something different downtown. I’ve tried most of the new burgers: lamb burger, chickpea sliders, turkey burger and the kobe beef. They’re all very good with fresh cut fries seasoned just right. I’m partial to the chickpea sliders with the roasted red pepper sauce, avocado and sprouts. It’s a tasty and comforting combination and I feel somewhat healthful eating it. If you’re lucky, Sam will be cooking up a special. Whatever it is, order it. The bartenders are great: Leroy has drink tricks up he sleeve. He made me a French Pear with champagne, St. Germain, and some pear infused bourbon(?). It was special; in your average hotel bar the best you might expect is a standard bloody mary or gin tonic. If Mike is manning the bar, strike up a convo– he’s so friendly! The vibe is slightly upscale pub. Dark woods, high tables, flat screen tvs, relaxed and unpretentious. It feels like a neighborhood bar in downtown Colorado Springs.

In general this place sucks. Thin vaneered wood trying to look old and clubby. Is a big ode to the cheesy«lets look like a Victorian Cheers bar of the late 1980s-90s’. Brass fixxtrues mixed with green and burgundy. Yuck. Our server was excellent and the food was so-so. Just nothng to rave about. No charm
