I have used this company a couple of times. They are nice, friendly, polite & very helpful. They came to my house earlier than expected & even called first. The last time was for my truck & this was at Christmas time. My truck was done with efficiency & knowledge. My guy explained everything to me so I knew how to take care of the windshield. Sheri in the office was as helpful as she could be. The prices are really good too. I’d recommend them.

Terrible! Do not go there! We had an appointment for a windshield replacement and they called the day before to change the date. We called them back SEVERAL times and left messages but they NEVER returned our calls. So the next day they never even showed up for the appointment! Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

9 months later pane wrong size(measured by staff in store), wrong bead, no calls back, no refund, can’t get any help! We got a whole new window from Home Depot finally after 9 months with half of our double pane window broken! GLass ordered Nov 2014 it’s 8⁄15 now with no window, no refund!

This is the second time i have used this company. The first was in my wifes vehicle and today my truck. The personnel that work the front office a very polite and helpful, and as for the work… flawless.

I was referred by my auto insurance company. Took my van in to get the windshield replaced. Made a point to ask how long it would take them when I spoke with them on the phone the day before. They told me it would take two hours start to finish. So, I assumed that if I brought the car in at 10:00 it would be done at 12:00. I had to be somewhere at 1:00, so that would leave me an extra hour. I went to a friend’s house while the car was being worked on. I had not anything heard from them by noon, so I called and was informed that my windshield had just been set(two hours after bringing it in), and it would be ready to drive at 1:15. When I went back to pick up my van, I informed them that this was not acceptable, because I needed to be somewhere(pick up my daughter from preschool) at 1:00, so I needed to leave by 12:45. They said I could drive the van at 1:00. I asked for a discount for being delayed past the two hours they promised on the phone. The manager(whom I did not speak with directly, but should have requested to, in hindsight) took $ 10.00 off of the $ 257.00 total. The technician and the lady at the front desk both claimed that the delay was due to customers coming in, and that one of the technicians called in sick, or something. Oh, and the tech claimed it took two hours just to install the windshield because of this and that. Two hours? That should take under an hour. The glue should take one hour for a total of two, not three. Ridiculous! I will not go back and will not recommend them.
