Now merged with Centura Health. I used Dr Donor for two new shoulders and received outstanding results. I used an off site PT location which for me was much better.

One appointment in and I’ve been impressed with their staff so far. Doctor was very courteous and professional. Hoping I can do my part to speed the process. While I am thankful for their care, I’d rather be walking on my own!
One little frustration, doctor provided an order for durable medical equipment, but the address on their paperwork for the distributor was wrong. The supplier moved 9 months ago. Just a wasted stop on my way home. nothing huge. I’ve advised the office of the mistake and I hope they correct their form for the next patient.
