They have moved their offices up north, like most doctors are doing these days. To get an appointment, I made about 6 phone calls to finally get through to a real person. This was after being disconnected & on hold for 15+ minutes. After I got in for my appointment, they scheduled another one too soon per doctors orders. I called several times & went through the same ordeal. I have used the patient portal every time & only once did I get a response. It can be used for appointments, but I guess they don’t check it. I don’t understand the inefficiency. It’s 2014& there are more efficient methods of communication, but they have to be set up & used properly. The doctors are great though, if you can get in.

Best place in town for orthopedics. These folks have been highly recommended and have been going there for years. NOTE: They are no longer at this location. They are in Briargate now. Only downside is that due to the demand, some times the waits are lengthy. I would rather wait for good service vice a quick appointment with an available doc.
