Update. After sometime and talks with the owner all issues were fixed. I will give this company a 3 star due to the nature of the mistakes and the time took to complete the job. They did fix everything. And now house is back the way it should be.

After a flood in my home, their flood mitigation team responded quickly and I was very satisfied with their professionalism.
I should have known better when it came to the repairs, though. First, the man who came out to inspect the damage and make the quote stressed to me how badly my flood was timed (repeatedly). It was just a week or so before Christmas, and I was informed repairs would not begin until January. A job that should have taken 2 – 3 weeks was not completed for over 6 months. I had to keep calling to have them come back to do the work. In April, I was asked for payments and informed the person collecting that my repairs had yet to be completed. I had to call FOUR times for one single item! The paint on my walls and ceiling is uneven; it is obvious my repairs were «rushed» even though it took over 6 months to get them to a point where they believed they were finished. It is now September, and I have had to call another contractor to repair my repairs.

This company did some repair work on my home following some flood damage. They responded quickly but the final product was missing a lot of detail work. The major issues were around the staff and professionalism though. The estimator continually bad mouthed the insurance adjustor and I was forced to do the majority of the leg work that they advertise will be taken care of by them. In addition to that the billing staff was rude and did not follow through on promises that they had made us. When confronted about one of their statements, they tried to change their story and I caught them in a lie. Will never do business with them again and am letting everyone know about our horrible experieince.
