Brooklyn’s features a classic oriented menu that offers nearly every traditional gin cocktail worth mentioning along with a few house cocktails, teas, punches etc. Got to try a number of cocktails and most were pretty good. Keep in mind this is a tasting room, you should walk in with an open-mind ready to experience the versatility of gin, give that juniper some love. Considering Brooklyn’s only carries one spirit and a handful of outside ingredients, they put a commendable effort into replicating the classics. Eliza is knowledgeable and excellent for recommending a libation to the indecisive. Give Nate a bucket of credit for making ingredients such as Crème de Violette in house and doing his best to bridge a single gin across a score of demanding flavor profiles.

I absolutely love this little place! It is so secretive! The owner helped me out on what to drink all night! The pre prohibition recipes are so unique and delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful good time!

Hip, cool the cocktails were great! We will go back again. Makes me think of the early days of 15c. I just wish they had a bit more non-alcoholic items for those that don’t wish to drink or are DD’s. Still a very cool place!

Super cool and unique. Love the speakeasy, 1920’s theme. They even have a slit in the door that opens after you ring the bar for access. Definitely a worthy visit. Oh and they make their own gin: Lee Spirits. Hold that thought. They’ll eventually be a household name.

Quiet elegance has been found in Colorado Springs! Wonderful atmosphere with a great concept. Step out of your norm and try something new… I was a gin virgin, but I’ll be back.

This place is AWESOME. Gin is typically not my drink of choice, but I think this place has changed me. I’ve tried 8 drinks on the menu, and every single one was complex, unique and delicious. Plus, the atmosphere is great!

This is a really cool little spot. I’m a fan of Prohibition-style drinkeries since I don’t like the super-sweet mixers that many bars rely on. This place was perfect. I started off with a Tom Collins with spicy grenadine per Eliza’s recommendation. It was a happy little winterized lemonade in my mind and people kept asking about it. Definitely worth a try. The bar staff is very cool. I chatted with Eliza and Nate; Genuine people. This place is probably a lot more of a local hangout, as the owner said«Houston… Did one of you let somebody in?» when he overheard me talking. I got hooked on the cherries. They have these cherries from Italy that come in a syrup that is sweet, but not the pure sugar Maraschino stuff that we’re used to from the grocery store. Ask Nate nicely and you may get one at the end of your drink. It’s easy to walk passed so look for the big 110 at the top of the door.

The House Punch today is a wonderful, complex drink that is not at all sweet yet bursting with flavor. The cardamon wiggles through a citrus overtone producing a drink that is enjoyable to sip alone or paired with something to eat. The gin and tonic is unlike any other. It’s not harsh as with Beefeaters nor lost as with Tanqueray. The Alexander is a wonderful Christmas drink with a strong flavor of creamy cinnamon. Save it for dessert!

Easily one of the best places in town to get a truly excellent cocktail. The space is beautiful and the staff is amazing. In addition to amazing cocktails made by Nate, Ian, and Eliza, the food they are bringing in is delicious. I have tried almost every item on the menu and have loved every bite I’ve taken. If you think you don’t like Gin talk to Nate and he’ll make you something to change your mind. Do yourself a favor and get yourself down to Brooklyn’s as soon as you can.

This place is SO cool. What a vibe. Colorado Springs is lucky to have a place like this. It’s a gin distillery, so all of their drinks are gin based. They make all their liquors themselves. The menu is extensive and eclectic. We spent a good 10 minutes just reading it out to each other. Everything is incredibly reasonably priced for such nice cocktails. So far I’ve had the negroni, vesper, and old fashioned. The OF was a more sugary than I’m used to, but still good. Vesper will knock. You. Out. The staff were personable. One came over and explained the cool décor on the wall and more about the place. Looking forward to becoming a regular!

I’m really happy to see a proper cocktail bar like this open downtown. I went with my husband and some friends before a dinner reservation and I was happy with every cocktail I had. Every libation is centered around Colorado Springs locally owned Lee Spirits Dry Gin, which is made on-site. I had the charcuterie, Aviation with Nate’s house made crème de violet, and the Giggle Water. All of them were perfect. My friends ordered many other cocktails and they all raved about them. I snuck a taste of the Says You and the Alexander as well. I’d have to say my favorite of the night was the Says You. It’s made with sweet potato liqueur and reminds me of thanksgiving in a glass. If you are looking for a cool place to get a drink or are a fan of great gin I highly recommend this place. I believe it will be the talk of the town.
