Brazilian Waxing Boutique

I normally never get waxes because my eyes are sensitive, and haven’t gotten a Brazilian wax in years, but I was going on vacation and decided, sure what the heck, why not? I walked in and the place is so cute and very clean, which I’m all about. It was my first wax in over 8 years, so I was super nervous and the receptionist Hunter, kind of eased my nerves a bit. She is very knowledgable about that specific wax and gave me some numbing cream because Lord knows I needed it. And just talked to me causally making me feel super comfortable about the whole thing, which I loved because I’m a socially awkward person, and with her, I wasn’t. Hunter definitely made my first experience great.
As for my wax, I’ve had it done twice by two different people, Alissa and Lindsey. This is the first time my hoo ha has been seen by any one other than my husband. So I was freaking out a bit. But, they both made it super comfortable. It wasn’t awkward at all. We just talked about Disney, the military life, cooking, my amazing it works business, and life. They were both super sweet (:

Amazing waxing center, I just love the Brazilian Waxing Boutique! Most importantly, to me, it is extremely clean, (and I’m a complete germ-​a-​phobe.) It is well decorated, inviting & warm.
Lyndsey is absolutely fabulous. She is so nice and caring, very thorough and quick with her Brazilian waxing. Their natural products did not irritate my skin at all and Lindsey is so good it was (nearly) painless. She is personable, genuinely cares about you and she is super down-​to earth.
The prices are very reasonable. I added-​on the «bedazzled» accessory (temporary skin jewelry/​V-​bling) down there and my husband loves it!!! Well worth the extra $ 10! If you are looking for a new waxing center, then this is your place. You will not be disappointed. Everyone at the Brazilian Waxing Boutique is warm & friendly. I will not be going anywhere else. I highly recommend checking it out!

I received a Brazilian, legs, and under arm waxing. I had never gotten a Brazilian before and Alyssa did a great job. She is truly an expert and master at what she does. The whole process was quick and the place is very affordable. I would highly recommend this place.

Very clean, well decorated and the pricing is comparable to any other boutique. What sets them apart is their warm and welcoming staff, well done décor, and most importantly… The service. I went for a Brazilian wax (not including «landing strip») and Alissa made me feel comfortable, we laughed, and I honestly barely even knew she was ripping out hair until we were done. Not once did she need a «redo» on a missed spot, not one tweeter pluck, nada. Absolute smooth perfection. :)

The place looks pretty, clean, and the emplyoees were nice. Alyssa gave good conversation and was very nice. I even liked the shape of my eyebrows. I had an issue with how my skin reacted to their wax, but the owners were very understanding about it and fixed it. Good business that cares about their customers.

This is the quickest, easiest wax I’ve ever had! Alyssa is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. They are so professional and friendly, I would never go anywhere else! I’ve done 5 or so waxes here and I’ve always been happy with the results.

Best waxing place ever! I’ve been going here for almost two years now and I refuse to get waxed anywhere else! They have a caring and friendly staff and such a warm comforting atmosphere. They also have a lot of cute and delicious smelling things to look at while you wait. Alyssa is my favorite, she’s great at waxing and making sure you feel comfortable at all times.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and they are AMAZING! The service is so great and the girls there are so friendly! I’ve been to many waxing salons and this one is by far the best! So clean and time efficient! Try them out ladies you will not regret it!

Alyssa is kind and professional and makes you feel comfortable every time. I have always gotten through to make appointments and usually get my first choice. I love the punch card for buy 9 get #10 free!

Great customer service. I called to schedule but got voicemail. I chose not to leave a message due to my work schedule, but received a phone call a few minutes later. Alissa does a great job. Quick and courteous. But be aware, only cash tips are accepted.

I just moved to Colorado Springs and have never have a Brazilian wax before, I looked around and found this place online and based in the reviews and pictures I said I like this place! When I came in the boutique was so adorable and clean and I felt very welcome. Alyssa was so sweet and kind and explained everything she was doing and was really fast but not in a rushed kind of way. I have now gone back a second time and I will continue to go. If your a newbie or seasoned pro I totally recommend this place for you waxing needs!

Love this place. I am brand new to Waxing but this place is so profesional and the people that run it are very hospitable. I felt very comfortable and very welcomed when I got my first brazilian. I have came back 2 times more and I can honestly say that I will keep coming back because I don’t know anything else that beats shaving and this place has the greatest customer service

I have been going to this boutique since I began waxing back in February. The staff is always amazing and professional. They make me feel welcome and it’s always a quick visit. I definitely recommend and will be back again soon.

Love this place! Drive 35 minutes to get waxed here BUT here’s the kicker — you have to get Alyssa. She is so sweet and does an amazing job; thorough, fast and relatively painless. However, you cannot book to see anyone in particular which is the only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise I would highly recommend BWB to friends.
I should add that I was seen by someone other than Alyssa one time and had such bad bruising and scabbing I kept pictures to bring in with me to my next appointment. Luckily that woman is long gone, but she did reach out to me after leaving to say she opened her own place, which is a little scary considering the number she did on me.

A little tricky to find but once i found it i was good to go. Right next to Comfort Dental. Really cute inside. Kiki took care of me. She was AWESOME! Super friendly and quick. Did a great job. Even little tricky Hairs she used tweezers.
As of June they only accept cash gratuity. I felt bad because i was not from the area. I don’t usually carry can when i travel & i didn’t know where there was a bank. Kiki we really great. If i get back to CO again I’d definitely go there again

Went here for the first time based on the reviews.
Staff is great, but you get what you pay for.
If you want a ‘fast wax’ at a cheap price and want to leave feeling sticky only to find out the job was not done well– go here. They don’t have mirrors in the room for you to check their work– only mirrors at face height.
If you want a wax that is detailed, meaning hair actually removed and not patchy– go somewhere else (for example, Aveda is great) and just pay the extra money.
I went home and showered after my brazilian and full leg wax– my privates were sticking together, in between butt cheeks and labia. It actually burned last night as I tried to remove the wax with soap. I then tried using olive oil to remove the rest of the wax.
They don’t clean you up after they are done, they leave you sticky with soft wax (think honey consistency, only sticky like glue) on the table that has PAPER and they give YOU a 3×3 cotton pad with oil on it to remove the wax yourself. What?!!
They don’t tell you how to get any additional wax off at home you might have missed. This shouldn’t be the client’s job to remove the wax– this can lead to a health issue.
Luckily, I have been to other places to compare this place to. If it had been my first time, I would have found the experience traumatic. The place overall is clean, professional staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place for first timers (since they use large strips on your private area) or people needing a wax before a vacation/​wedding/​date, since they really ‘tore’ hair out vs. Pull hair out from the root.

**In addition, it has been 24 hours since my Brazilian wax, I had my husband take a closer look at the area I felt was ‘stinging’ and he noticed that my skin was torn. It’s red, and raw.
