Blindsource

Very disappointed in them. Wouldn’t honor the price given to me previously, and quibbled over $ 25, when I had done my whole house with them. I just wanted to see how the sun was going to hit on 2 certain windows before choosing either black-​out or regular. Scott had said he would honor the previous price just to give him a call. However, when I did give them a call he said «take it or leave it» …so I left it and will go somewhere else. :(

Some nutjob threw a rock in my window late one night and broke my blinds. The headrail wouldn’t work anymore and a vertical blind completely broken. I called blindsource to tell them what happened and they sent someone out immediately to help me get things fixed. Elizabeth and Scott are fantastic. Scott knows his stuff. He showed mow how we could get a replacement part and put it at the end of the blinds so it wasn’t as noticeable that this pattern wasn’t exactly the same, since these blinds are no longer made. I received the headrail 1 week later and Scott placed all the blinds into the new headrail and adjusted it so everything was level. They will help you out for whatever your needs are and also refer you to other companies depending on your needs. They recently put me in touch with a company that could fix a mini blind of mine that the cord had broken. If I ever have any need for new blinds, etc, they will always be the ones I call because of their friendliness and professionalism.
