Awesome banh mi! Come early because it’s limited qty. But otherwise, the owners are very friendly, great service and accommodating. My first visit has turned me into a regular!

Banh Mi was great! Could not stop at just 1. Spring rolls are amazing. One of the best Ive ever had. The sauce for it was amazing as well. The cream cheese puff was delicious as well. Owner is super friendly. I will be back for sure

Great spot. Great food. Family owned. They have different styles of Banh Mi. It’s only $ 3.95 a sandwich. Well most of them. It’s fresh and the Baggett is delicious. It goes so well with the sandwich. If you want to try something new please go and try.

Good Viet sandwiches. Simply delicious food. ALL their sandwiches are to die for. On Saturday the have a special meal that you must try… only available on Saturday through. Worth a stop for a Saturday lunch when you are trying to figure out what to eat. You will not go home hungry!

The sandwiches were great. I got a pork one and a chicken one take out. The boba tea is not tapioca. It was like a fruit flavored juice ball. Not what I was used to. I would go back for the sandwiches but pass on the green tea«boba» tea.

I love trying new things and this place has unique food that is great tasting. My friend and I had the #2 and really enjoyed the flavors. The bread was fresh and tasty and the ingredients had a light and fresh taste. The price is only $ 3.95 for any of the sandwiches. The boba Thai iced tea on the other hand was not too good, was a little too sweet and doesn’t have the tapioca boba I am used to.

Love this place so much! The staff is super friendly, they don’t speak the best English but it’s super easy to order since they have a small menu. I suggest the #2& my husband loves the spring rolls and dipping sauce The bread is DELICIOUS! It smells so amazing too, the meat is mildly seasoned, so I think anyone may love it. Simple, fresh and amazingly good sandwiches. It’s located in a very odd abandoned strip mall BUT well worth hunting down and looking for. I highly suggest giving it a try!

Searched Unilocal for boba and ended up at this place. This is a little mom and pop joint. The sweet couple did not understand much English but they were so endearing. They got the sandwich order right but I received a bubble tea instead of the boba that I ordered. No big deal, I enjoyed it anyway. The sandwich I got though was phenomenal for its price. It was fresh and absolutely delicious. The fresh jalapeño slices really added a kick to it. I’ll definitely be going back!

One of a few hidden gems in the Springs. The staff doesn’t understand English well, but they’re sweet, and with 5 menu choices it’s hard have much of a misunderstanding. For those just wanting to see how their Banh Mis stack up, grab a #3 or #5 — Cured Pork & Pâté and Pork Meatball, respectively. For the *slightly* more adventurous grab a #1 — the pâté and headcheese. Headcheese is not even that wierd; once you realize how savory and flavorful it can be if done right, you’d be hard-pressed to go back to more routine sandwich offerings. Oh yeah, every banh mi is 3 bucks. With prices and flavors like this, who would ever go to subway? Don’t forget to check out Baghdad Grill, like 2 doors down from here!

I thought it was pretty good. I really liked the shredded pork. The older couple that owns the place seem nice, but he didn’t seem to understand English very well. I’d come back to try the grilled pork sandwich next time.

Wow. Simply amazing. The bread is perfect. Fresh veggies. The meat is packed with flavor. All for under $ 4. Six different sandwiches. We tried them all. Exceptional. The place is hard to find in a mostly vacant strip mall. A better location would be an improvement but they make due with what they have. The space is clean and well decorated. The waitress was very helpful. If you need a sandwich this is the place to visit. Eat in or take out. The sandwiches are ample in size and filling. Enjoy!

It was fine. Just fine. I have had so many and I just don’t think it lives up to what a bhan mi should be. My bread was oily on the outside which was unappealing. The meat choices are not many and some of my grilled pork was so fatty and inedible. They didn’t have or give any hosein sauce or siracha when I asked, which is a common staple in Vietnamese places. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

What can I say but this is one of the best kept secrets in the Springs! Yes they only have sandwiches during the week, but on Saturday’s they have a noodle bowl to offer. The bread is made fresh daily with a perfect outside crunch, meat an fresh veggies as well, had three sandwiches, 4 stuffed puff pastries an two beverages all for $ 17! Not to mention the owner, beyond friendly and helpful, everyone in the springs do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the most amazing and most importantly flavorful sandwich ever! Can’t wait for next Saturday to try the noodle bowl!

I like this place. It has a very limited menu but what they do is done very, very well. We both had the bbq pork sandwich and it hit the spot. Perfectly baked french bread filled with very flavorful pork and a host of veggies you’d expect to find on a Banh Mi. Their location makes them hard to find and you really have to be looking for them to find them. And did I mention you can’t beat the price? Three sandwiches and 3 drinks for $ 18. You gotta try them!!!

Awesome. Awesome. AWESOME. (Also, I should add: SUPER inexpensive, like all the best bahn mi!) The bread was fresh out of the oven, and tasted as good as it smelled. The mix of veggies and meat was perfect, fresh, and served in generous portions… and the iced coffee was exactly what I’d hoped for. After moving from DC, I thought I’d never find that perfect bahn mi joint again. I’m pretty stoked to have landed at this place for lunch while traveling through for work. If you’ve never had bahn mi before, think Vietnamese sub sandwich. This place serves 8″ rolls, made fresh in the bakery(where they make plenty of other goodies I wasn’t able to try in my first visit). The meats vary from mild to(only slightly) wild(head cheese), and each sandwich has sweet veggies(think cilantro, cucumber, carrots, and jalapeños if you order your sandwich spicy) and sauce. Check this place out if you’re in The Springs… theyre 6 months new, and if people find this place they’ll be here forever.

Ordered #1(pork roll & ham with pâté) And #2(grilled pork). Fresh sandwiches and great French bread in a cute mom And pop shop. Affordable and friendly.

I got their #3 and have to say it was pretty good. The baguette was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The fresh ingredients in the sandwich really stood out and the slices of jalapeño gave the whole thing a little kick.
