Literally been in line for 25 mins. Stopped in front of the mic with no answer for 15 mins. Only got a hold on one min… didn’t even get to order. Now trapped in line because people are behind me and in front of me

I love taco bell, but after my experience I will NEVER go back there. we order our food without tomatoes, my husband is allergic to them, our order was wrong or drinks were wrong and the management there didn’t seem to care about anything. We contaced corporate, because we have been having problems with this taco bell. Coporate contact the gm so we could get a refund. We went to get our refund and had to wait 15 mins and we finally left because the so called «manager» refused to help us with the refund. It gets better, as we are waiting the people working the food line drops something picks it with his gloves on washes his hands with the gloves on then goes back to working the food line… gross! Im tempted to contact the health department about that. This is why I will NEVER eat here agian

I just had kind of an odd experience at this location. We were dining in, and some folks came in wanting to sell candy for a fundraiser. The manager came over and told them there was no soliciting, but if they wanted to try to sell to the customers, «she wouldn’t see it». We, and the rest of the customers, then got hit up for this fundraiser. It was weird.

I like taco bell but they need to make it a little less greasy and its not as clean as it should be inside but they food is pretty good so im going to give it 3⁄5 stars
