Pizza Hut

We have never been big Pizza Hut fans but decided to try the garlic knot one topping pizza with additional topping. It took almost an hour to get it which was not a big problem but it was almost cold by the time it arrived. There was not much pepperoni and even fewer mushrooms. The garlic knots around the pizza were just ok… not much garlic and no cheese in them. We threw half of it away. We will not order from Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a pizza online and it was delivered quickly.
I had friend of mine go and get the pizza from the delivery driver, however as she stepped away from the door to answer a phone call, the HORROR began.
Apparently the Pizza Hut delivery driver (Paul), was having a problem removing the pizza from the bag. As I watched him from behind a mirror tint glass door, he began to touching (molesting) my pizza with his hands. By trying to put the pizza back together in the box.
As my friend came back to the door he closed the pizza box not knowing that I had seen what had just taken place. He attempted to give her the pizza when I called him on his actions. He attempted to deny it, but the proof was all on his hands and under his pizza sauce finger nails.
I asked for my credit card slip and made him aware that I did not want the pizza. He then asked if I would like for him to go and make me another pizza??? NOOOO YUCK!!!
I called and talked with manager (Samantha), and she only offered to make me another pizza or reverse the charges. Again… no I don’t want another pizza from Collierville, TN Pizza Hut!
They didn’t even offer to credit my account for a free pizza in the future. I’m sure if I show the video of him molesting & fingering my pizza, I will get some better results.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE PIZZA HUT IN COLLIERVILLE, TN ON POPLAR AVE.

30 minutes after the already long quote time we called to see where our pizza was. They said the guy left 15 minutes ago. 15 minutes later he showed up. And our pizza was cold. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. There are plenty of other pizza places here that will bring me pizza in less then 2 hours that is actually hot. I recommend trying a pizza a place that actually wants to give you a good product and to stay away from Pizza Hut unless you want to be seriously disappointed.

Two hour wait for cold pizza. Corporate doesn’t even pretend to try anymore. There are plenty of awesome pizza places in Collierville, there is no need for a place with this low of a standard.

I grabbed a pizza from here and enjoyed it. I wouldn’t say they’re my favorite place yet but I like all their coupons and love their pre-​made options. I like all the customizable options as well. I may even try a pre-​made pizza one day if the stars align and there’ s a coupon for one. This location isn’t my favorite because the quality isn’t as good here.

Wow. No love in this pizza. No sauce. Toppings thrown on after pizza was baked. We know you’re busy tonight and waited over an hour. In some ways you got it right, but many ways you got it wrong. And I usually don’t use social media for this kind of stuff. Hopefully it helps you do better.
