The ice cream machine is ALWAYS down! The manager was up front yelling at her employees. The food is mediocre. AVOID! Go somewhere else!

Was very disappointed in this McDonald. I ordered four (4) senior coffees fresh with two creams in each through drive up, we were traveling from Decatur AL, when we got to our location to drink our coffee (2) mins from McDonald, our coffee was Luke warm, no cream, cups half filled, and two wee filled with coffee grounds they were so black, coffee very bitter, so I will be requesting four FREE seniors coffees in the morning and better receive them!

I really really dislike McDonald’s but I find myself dragged here occasionally so I would still like a record of the things I’ve tried and found tolerable or completely intolerable.

The worst McDonalds in this area! Would rather eat somewhere else. The food is cold both fries and hamburgers. Those serving are not friendly. I do not recommend this McDonalds to anyone.

Walked in with my 2 coworkers waited 10 mins walked back out. No one ever spoke to us. We drove across the street to Wendy’s. Great lunch at Wendy’s !!

The worst McD’s I’ve been in. Dirty, bad customer reflex. Manager has overbearing personality. Will always go out of my way and drive a few miles west to Houston Levee location.

Terrible McD!!! Agree with other reviews in service is always terrible. We went just for dessert and three times had no icecream, toppings… wrote the company and complained that whoever is managing this McD should find new work! Avoid if possible!!!
