Lowes has lost its mind. Same item at Home Depot is $ 5 and at Lowes is $ 12. Asked them to prove match and hey told me 5% off with a Lowes commercial card. Well thanks so much for that generous offer! Lowes can suck it. I will be closing my commercial account and sending the crews to Home Depot.

If you are a Lowe’s person and you are anywhere this side of town, I would intentionally travel a little farther to goto this one for any of your big projects that you may need help on. The people here are so much better than at any of the other Lowe’s I have been to in the Memphis area. They actually know what they are talking about, want to help you and do help you, and are so much more polite than at any of the other Lowe’s in the area.

I’m so glad to have another option besides Home Depot, and I have noticed a trend among my friends. The husbands still go to Home Depot (I suspect it’s their lack of interest in appearing as though they need any actual help with anything, and they certainly aren’t going to ask). The ladies, we are going to Lowe’s. It’s bright. It’s clean. It smells vaguely less manly. And we can always find a person to actually help us when needed. I also like the selections much better.

If you like being ignored while you need help. Come here. No one helps you. I passed at least 10 associates and no one was willing to help me. I will continue to be a loyal home depot customer.

This is just a review for the lumber area at the Collierville Lowes. I needed to get some cedar wood and a few other pieces of wood. The guys in that department were so nice. It was great not to have to «hunt down» an employee to get help. The guys helped me find what I was looking for and then they cut it to the sizes I needed.
The cashier was also very polite and again… I didn’t have to search for an employee. I’ll def go back to this Lowes for future purchases

They have a very nice facility in Collierville with well stocked shelves and lots of friendly floor people. My trip today had 5 different people
if I needed any help, and disappeared with a smile when I said I was all set. Lots of parking, doors close tp parking and very very clean, neat and organized inside.
