Dr. Medley and the staff are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable with insurance coverage. The office is very clean. Myself, my husband and my kids have seen her and we will be patients for life!

I have seen both Dr. Medley and Dr. Koester for many many years. They are both wonderful and thorough. All the staff members are extremely nice and friendly as well. I can usually get an appointment that’s convenient around my work schedule. I never have to wait long to see the doctor. They have great selections of frames and I always count on the staff’s expertise to help me pick out a pair. I highly recommend Advance Eyecare and Optical.

I suspect this place isn’t the cheapest I could go, and I wish there was a bigger selection of frames to choose from — maybe more interesting, funkier styles. But I love my optometrist there. Appointments are quick and easy.

My daughters and I have been seeing Dr. Koester for the last 4 years. We are very happy with her and the staff. We have never had to wait to be seen and everyone is always very nice and professional.

I have been seeing these great Doctors for almost 20 years in 3 different locations. The online appointment scheduling is great because I am on the road with my job frequently. The staff is genuinely caring. I had an appointment this week and was immediately taken back for pre-​testing and seen by Dr. Medley as soon as I was seated in the exam room .This is what I have become accustomed to and why I drive 20 miles to see them. I have recommended to many that are looking for a great long-​term solution for eye care.

I wholeheartedly recommend Advance Eyecare & Optical. Dr. Brenta Medley has taken care of my family’s eye exams for years. She’s friendly and patient, does a thorough exam, and explains what she’s doing. We’ve been very happy with her care, the wide selection of frames at her office, and the expertise of her staff. (Edited to add: We’ve seen Dr. Koester once or twice as well — also great eyecare!)

They’re generally pretty good but one thing that really irritates me is waiting to be seen. If I make an appointment at 10:30 and have to wait :45 plus minutes to finally get in, that bothers me. I make it a point to show up on time, I think they need to make it a point to be on time as well. Aside from that, the people are friendly and knowledgable. Their new facility is nice and well equipped.
