I have used this cleaners for almost 20 years and always been given excellent service. But, today they outdid themselves. My husband’s dad’s flag which had covered his casket, had been damaged by dampness by the time he inherited it. I took it to Twin Kell and asked if anything could be done without unfolding the flag. With some of the greatest respect and reverence I have ever seen, they hand treated it over a week, a little at a time and made it look virtually perfect. And then to top that off, they refused to charge anything for the service. I’m not the emotional type, but I felt my eyes well up. Thank you, Twin Kell for honoring the WWII, Korea, and more service of this dedicated Lt. Colonel.
