Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. One car ahead of me, 10 minute wait.

I was around the area and looking for a place to just relax and have a cup of coffee with my girlfriend. We ended up found the starbucks closed by. I think this place is nice and clean. I just wished it has more chairs to sit. The place is a bit small but everyone that work there are nice and helpful.

We were visiting and needed our fix, and a little breakfast. Went on a Sunday morning and was very disappointed. Place was messy, with employee drinks and clutter over by the food case. After asking for a certain breakfast sandwich, I was told they were out of it(it was 10 am) and when I ordered the next two, they were out of those, too. When asked what they DID have, it was confusing as the barista kept asking another employee and I never got a complete list told to me. My cousin’s coffee was not fresh. Not impressed.

This Starbucks wasn’t very good the first few times I tried it. I love Starbucks and this one is on my way home so I thought I would try it again. I got to their drive-thru 5 minutes to 10pm and the lady told me they were closed. Is it normal for a company to close early? Get a new job if you don’t want to work the hours its that simple. Came back the next day and the hot chocolate was so awful! It tasted like 80% water — unfortunately I was reminded why I didn’t like this location to begin with. Terrible! Worst location I’ve ever been to. Save your money and go somewhere else

Updated 03/07/2015: Wow what a great change! No more jabber at the drive thru, just polite order taking. The line is moving faster too. THANKYOU!!! I’ve been going to this Starbucks for the last 7 years and in the last 8 months it has gone from being great, to being hit or miss. Tonight was horrible, the employes were clueless and the barista scowled at me when I had the nerve to say my order was incorrect, the order I waited forever for them to prepare. Maybe the problem is focusing more on chit chat at the drive thru instead listening to your order. Last Thursday I visited 3 times and it was wonderful. There is a new lady who is fabulous, she always greets you cheerily but doesn’t waste your time. She meets you at the window and always has an infectious smile as she speedily gets your order. Please, hire more employees like her, or have her train everyone. Starbucks seems to have replaced true customer service with lip service. At the behest of Corporate, the employees now want to have a close personal conversation with you before you even get to order. That only makes the drive thru time twice as long.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. I’m disappointed that over the last month they’ve progressively gotten slower and slower. Twenty minutes to get a coffee in a 7 car drive thru isn’t so much fun. I hope it goes back to normal soon.

I get coffee here out of pure convenience, but the location and parking are an abomination. Absolute chaos if the drive through is even moderately busy. Decent place to work or have a business meeting if it’s not crowded, otherwise there are better locations to crack open your laptop or discuss a proposal over coffee.

Love this Starbucks. They are always so happy and full of energy. The one time they got my order wrong due to a misunderstanding, they quickly made it right and they were still smiling. Sometimes the car in front buys my drink so in turn I buy the person behind me. It’s just a friendly community. However this concept is fun and makes your heart happy, it sucks when the guy behind you has a more expensive drink than yours. Ha!

Not attentive to the orders. Too busy hopping around and laughing. Where is the management here? I told my fiancé that i would bet the order is wrong… sure enough they screwed it up. Walked inside to get it right and guess what… she had trouble with a double tall, one pump, skinny mocha. Really guys… it isn’t hard if you give a crap about listening to the customer instead of playing grab ass and acting like the customer is a bother.

This location is near Lifetime fitness in Colleyville. The staff here were friendly. This location is really nice compared to the other locations I’ve been too. This Starbucks is pretty big too and well maintained.

We go to this Starbucks at least 5 times a week. They are always friendly and helpful. The people there are welcoming and provide the Starbucks experience that you would expect. Aaron is often at the drive thru in the mornings when we go, he starts your day off with smile. Great experience to begin your day!

Worst Service from an Sbux Ever. Rude to everyone that walked in or out. They tried to ignore my drink order after placed. Burned my single shot and I had to ask her for my other shot bc hello… a Grande has 2 shots. Her response was«it is a fresh shot» Um I think you should have just redone the entire drink. I even have one of the new reusable cups… so it is not like I am just walking in and out and donot plan to return. Gold Card Member and my second trip for the day… I am a loyal customer. Oh and it is freezing in here… no stir sticks… and the napkin station is filthy. No return for this Lady.

I go into this Starbucks at least three times a week, and I want to point out that the morning crew gets it right all the time. They are always welcoming, happy and upbeat in the mornings, which creates an environment that is positive and pleasant to be in, even when dealing with the rush of the AM crowd. However, the girls that I had serve on me this Friday were not only unhelpful, they were incredibly slow and got three drinks wrong in a row(including my own, which they got wrong twice). I’ve never experienced such an ugly attitude here as I did tonight. All in all, the store is small, but it is clean and if you’re coming in the morning, park by the bank and walk over. People are really competitive with getting into the drive through!

Spent a nice morning and afternoon here with my laptop working, while my poor wife was having her teeth drilled on down the street. I started with a tall Pike’s Place half decaf with cream and a couple of Splendas, then parked myself on a comfy, padded bench with a small table and generous A/C power nearby. If there was a knock on the place, it’s a little cramped, but not overly so; some would simply call it «intimate». During my three hour stay, I had a conference call that lasted about a half an hour, and of course, this is when a lady with some small children came in, and the latter were quite loud. Not Starbucks’ fault at all, though. Overall, this is a great place to have a cup of joe and relax if you’re in this area. It’s not really a «see and be seen» place like many Starbucks, but sometimes, it’s exactly what you’re looking for.

Even though this is one of the smaller Starbucks, I really enjoy the atmosphere and extra products that they sell in-store. This Starbucks conveniently has a drive-thru for those in a hurry and need their quick coffee-fix. Of course there are comfortable lounge chairs & love seats, and also outside patio chairs/tables for a nice day/evening. The employees at this Starbucks were very friendly, and even though we had complicated orders, the baristas still managed to get everything down correctly. You would think that Starbucks would be consistent with their frappucinos, but you’d actually be surprised with how many stores would butcher the taste up.
