Although I have enjoyed several massages here, I had to cancel my membership on September 15. I had a credit left for a previous month that I had paid for. I called today to make an appointment to use it and they tell me I had to use it within 30 days. I asked the rep to call a manager. The managers response was, you signed a paper that said that you were advised. I was not advised, why would the credit I paid for expire, and why would they lose a previously happy customer over this? I was planning to sign up in the future. There was no manager I could talk to at the Colleyville location, I was told to call southlake. I won’t be renewing my membership.

I was referred to Elements massage and set up an appointment. I had to set an apt. After work hours because I was told they had nothing available until after 5pm. The day of my appt., I was called during the middle of the day asking me if I was still coming to my 3pm appt. I told the lady that my apt. was at 5:30pm. no apology for the mistake or mis-​scheduling, just some one trying to blame me. After not offering to try and find a solution she had the nerve to tell me that since I did not cancel my apt. 24 hours ahead of time they were going to charge me a cancellation fee. Unbelievable.

I couldn’t ask for a more perfect experience. Rhasheema took extraordinary care of me. The woman is a magician! I have never felt better and I will never ever go to anyone else for a massage again! The staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE.
