New ownership. Not the same service. What a disappointment. Another nail salon that has the owner walking around pushing to add more service. Looks and feels dirty. Will never be back

I agree with Ashleigh. They’re always so stuck up and rude. If there’s a wait they act like they don’t even want your business. It’s small and nothing special, yet they act like they’re irreplaceable. I’m giving 2 stars because I know there’s worse nail salons but they’re just rude.

Absolutely love this nail salon! I’ve been going here since they first opened. CNS is clean and very professional. Amy the owner has always done my manicures and is 100% on point with her work every time. I highly recommend seeing Amy!

I was referred to Amy by my close friends and I am so happy they shared her with me! I have been going to the same nail salon for a year and I’m never completely happy when I leave. I saw Amy for the first time ever yesterday and she gave me the best nails I’ve ever had! I asked her if I can come back for the rest of my life haha!

I love to come to Central Nails for a little«me» time. Amy is GREAT with my nails, and so is Kelli. If I have time, an eyebrow wax is a nice treat! Amy keeps her salon clean and I trust that she follows the state board guidelines of sanitization. I have been coming here for several years, and I’ve never had a problem-except…which color to choose!!! I highly recommend Central Nails!!!

Two stars because the girl who did my eyebrows was nice. Really mediocre job on the brows, though. They looked just as bad as they did when I walked in. I paid and even tipped her well for being kind, but I won’t be back.

I absolutely adore Central Nails! Amy and Kelly are SO sweet. They always greet you with a smile and by name. I always feel like they take their time and really make sure you like what they do. I’ve honestly never had any issues at all. As long as they’re open, I will go here!

I’ve been to this spa about 5 times. Each time a worse experience from the last. The ladies are always snooty and rude, the quality is not great at all. I receieved a pedicure about two weeks ago and the technician tore up my feet to where they looked 10x worse then when I came in. Prices are reasonable. I’m just not crazy about this place. They also get really rude about walk-ins.

I swung into this nail salon today for a pedicure because it’s close to my parents’ house and they were watching my daughters; I was very pleased with the place. It’s super clean, reasonably priced, and a very pleasant environment. I let them upsell me because it’s my birthday today :) and the pedicure I got was super-long and relaxing with hot stones and lots of scrubs and lotions and whatnot. Very nice. My tech did a fantastic job on my toes, which were in need of a lot of clean-up. It was easily as good a pedicure as the one I paid twice as much for at the Dallas Elizabeth Arden spa last summer. I expect I will be back!

In the DFW area working, and happened to be in this shopping center. I had about 45 min to spare, and realized my nail polish was looking worse for the wear. So, I figured I’d check in and get a quick manicure. I didn’t go in with much expectations, and for the most part it’s exactly what you would expect as far as staff, décor, price, services, etc. It was about 3:15 on a typical Saturday afternoon, and every nail tech had a client. Fortunately, no one was waiting in front of me. They said it would be about 15 min(to me and the next 4 people that came in…) It was probably more like 30. But once my girl got to work, she was quick and thorough. All done by 4:15. The work on others fingers and toes looked top notch as well. Everything is nice, clean, and tidy… but it was crazy busy which may not be the most relaxing or zen like environment. Bottom line: You seriously can’t beat a a $ 14 walk-in manicure with an impeccable polish job in an hour flat.
