Omg I had microneedling and microdermabrasion done by Courtney one day and Dayna did my Botox a few days later. Absolute BEST experience! I have been getting Botox since 2006 and I’ve only ever let 2 nurses touch my face. I’m scared of anyone else and getting a droopy eye but Dayna has been the BEST practitioner so far! Thank you! I love it! Best prices too!

I’ve been going to this establishment for over a year. Today I had a very bad experience and will never return. Not only did the staff belittle me in front of other patients which violated HIPPA Laws and Regulations, but the male owner would not listen to my concerns and offer any solutions or acknowledge that they made a mistake. They accused me of «no showing» for an appointment and tried to collect s $ 25 «no show» fee from me when that was not the case. Last Monday on September 28, 2015, I received a reminder call from a female employee to confirm my next appointment on Wednesday, September 30. I told her that I was unable to keep that appointment and to reschedule me for the following week which was today October 7. When I asked them «then how did I get this appointment?» The male owner said that I must have called in to make it. I tried to explain to him that was not the case, that whoever I spoke with last week did not remove me from the September 28^th schedule, he said that it was confirmed because there was a «C» hand written by my name. When I tried to explain myself and what transpired, the staff members reluctantly removed the charge and took me back to perform my service. Again, I was belittled and questioned by the technician about missing my appointment which made me very uncomfortable and I couldn’t decide if I should leave or stay. Upon finishing and leaving, I wanted to clear my chart of the miscommunication and that’s when the receptionist and make owner berated me again. They even violated HIPPA Laws when they opened another patients chart thinking it was mine to show me my previous dates of service! I had to show them that this was not my chart and pointed to the wrong name on the chart.
In conclusion, I will not return or recommend this establishment to anyone. They violated my medical privacy and this needs to be made known in a public forum. Consumers beware of their unprofessionalism. Thanks for reading.

The front desk help was amazing, and when I went back for botox the staff was professional and knowledgeable. I was thinking of getting a tattoo removed, after meeting this group I’m going to do it with them.

I don’t know if «our» situation was impossible but this clinic said they could help us. I unfortunately contracted a toenail fungus at my local high end spa and my fiancée has has had problems his whole life after a lifetime of being a football athlete. But this clinic charged us over $ 700 and a year later NO DIFFERENCE!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

Have been there twice for Botox this year. This place is GREAT. Dr is fantastic. Prices are very reasonable. Place is clean. I’ll definitely be back!
