The Wawa in Collegeville on Main Street has never been anything short of a huge disappointment and waste of my time. Many of terrible experiences but tonight takes the cake. I was literally the only person in the store at the time and ordered two sandwiches and even after paying and waiting by the counter for 5 minutes both of the individuals standing there had yet to start the order. First sandwich was not to be toasted however went in the toaster and instead of getting a new role he decided to continue to make the sandwich. He admitted making the mistake to his coworker yet just assumed I did not hear him. Never again will I visit this location!

This Wawa is only average compared to the others. Its usually pretty busy and you always need to wait in line. The line is typically 3 or 4 people deep. This location is actually pretty small and it has a tiny parking lot. During the morning rush it can be a big problem finding parking. The customer service is average at best as well. The employees are never to pleasant to deal with.
