It feels strange to write a review of a funeral home, so I’ll keep it brief. On the worst day of my family’s life, Maureen Ruggiero was exactly what we needed. She was polite and respectful, helping us with our simple needs without any up-​selling. Having heard so many horror stories about funeral home pushiness, we were surprised by how easy she made the process. We really appreciated her gentle way of handling things. It meant more to us than we could express at the time.
