Stopped in for dinner tonight and it was awful. To start things off I stood in front of the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting to order and the miserable girl behind the counter never once said hello or asked me to order. I had to ask her if I could place my order! Clearly she dislikes her job. After all of that, the food was cold and tasteless. Will not return

New and improved. Or at least it feels like it. I came here over the summer and I had an awful experience, so I wasn’t too excited when my colleague wanted to eat lunch here. The line wasn’t too long when we got here, but regardless they move quickly and get your food ready ASAP. The only problem I had was that they were stingy with the toppings, I had to keep asking for more. Good was great. I ordered my regular gumbo and nachos. Hot, well flavored and delicious. At the end, one of the employees was cleaning the tables and even took our trash… It’s the little things that count. They definitely turned this place around. I’m excited to have good service and great food again(even without the you-pick-two off the menu… whomp whomp)

I’ve been to this location several times in the past and never had a complaint. However, yesterday evening my boyfriend and I stopped around 8:00pm. The man at the counter making our food was very friendly and a great representation of the company. The young lady at the register was extremely unprofessional. She did not say one word to me, other than mumbling the charge for my meal. Her attitude was apparent and although online it states that the restaurant was open until 10pm, my boyfriend and I felt very unwanted. As we were eating, this same woman began mopping the restaurant, at 8:15, and came right up to our table where we were sitting there eating. I never felt so rushed in my life, my boyfriend actually stopped eating his food and ate it on the way home because the smell of the cleaning chemicals was giving him a headache. Coming from the restaurant business, I completely understand doing prep work early on a slow night so that you can get out on time, however, I would never mop around a customer while they are eating nor would I be so rude to paying customers.

Second time now that I have ordered online for a pick-up only to arrive and the order has yet to be prepared. I give at least an hour window from the time I order to the time I will pick up. Employees are unapologetic and offer nothing to appease the customer.

I went to this location on a whim, my first time to this chain. Coming from Chipotle I had high hopes, however I am never going back. Unfortunately I did not even get to taste their food since the gentleman(or rather, sad excuse for one) was so rude to the point of making a racist remark about my choice of black beans in front of a family dining behind me. He was unpresentable to start, front teeth missing and disheveled hair with a dirty apron, and responded to my request for a steak burrito with a ‘no’(his joke of the day as he put it). I was not amused. When asked what type of rice, I said white and he mumbled a curse word under his breath because apparently ‘everyone orders sh***y white rice’. Then when I picked black beans, he said ‘So are you racist or something for picking that color beans on your burrito?‘ I gave him a long hard look and said ‘no thanks’ and left the store. When I called and spoke to the manager I was offered a free entrée, however lest he worry as I will not be returning to another Qdoba.

I was still hanging out on my laptop over an hour after finishing my meal, and one of the staff brought me free chips and salsa for the hell of it. That’s pretty much all it takes to win me over. They also have 127 different fountain drinks available, as well as bottled Honest Tea(Honest Tea is hardly ever heard, and mostly what I need from you).

Food is great; staff is inappropriate. I get hit on by a different staff member EVERY time I go in. I’ve just stopped going. There’s a difference between good customer service and complete disrespect. On one occasion an employee actually followed me out to my car and asked for my number. On a separate occasion, one employee would barely take my order because he was too busy trying to flirt and joke with me. Its not flattering. Its not something someone at their job should be doing. The manager seems like a decent guy, I just wish he pushed his employees to do their damn jobs.

Service was nice. Food was horrible. Everything was Bland, over cooked meat, cold stale chips, cold salsa. For lunch time in December 2014 this is pretty bad.(F.Y.I. Little salt is good but Adding more salt does not fix the flavor & texture of your food.) ive stayed clear of this place like the plague since the 1st time ive been here im not that desperate. Im amazed of all the good reviews maybe this is ok quality for the lighter complected customers who might not know better or maybe management has changed. I was raised on latin food & from a state where it comes in abundance by a variety of ethnicity’s. This place is a «No way Jose»

I don’t get to go to Qdoba much because the only one in Northern Delaware is right in downtown Wilmington and not so easy to access. So when I saw that this Qdoba wasn’t far from where I was and that they were open on New Year’s Day, I figured I ought to try it. I think the biggest problem I have with Qdoba is menu prices. Over $ 8 for a smothered burrito that isn’t even packed with ingredients is not a good deal. Secondarily, the arrangement of tables in this restaurant is such that when the place is busy, everyone is blocking everyone else at the beverage bar.

been there 3 times, and I never know what I want but I always create a burrito. They are very patient with me and the burritos are very yummy! No Complaints for me

Stopped in here on a whim, so so glad i did. I ordered A grilled chicken quesadilla, and an ancho chile bbq burrito with chicken. Two of the best things ive had to eat in a long long time They were packed with goodness, you definitely get your moneys worth here. Both items are full of flavor and perfectly made. The service here is outsTanding and i will be back!!!

Gross! For a new place it was dirty, messy, unorganized and the folks working there could care less. Stopped by at 7:30pm on a Monday night and wasn’t busy(only 3 people in there) but after 10 minutes no acknowledgement it was taking forever to even take an order. Glad I had the time to evaluate and look around the place because I lost my appetite! Won’t return. And, oh, the long frizzy hair behind the counter… instead of having it draping in your face as you handle food, try a pony tail in the back or better yet, a hair net. Ick!

If you’re looking for vegetarian choices, don’t even bother. The veggie burrito was incredibly vinegary and salty, could not taste anything else. The manager was completely indifferent and didn’t even offer to attempt to fix it.

Been there a few times and each time the chicken has a mix of dried, hard little chicken cubes. Kinda annoying — why can’t they toss those out when they are chopping the chicken in the kitchen? Haven’t had the shredded beef or pork but, I heard it was ok. The toppings are good/fresh. The restaurant is very, very clean. The servers/food prep people have an attitude though and even if I’m the only person in line, they still want to rush me through. That’s annoying too. With all that said — I will still go back for more when I don’t feel like cooking and want some inexpensive mexican.

Qdoba’s actually growing on me. I first ate at one my first year at Temple, and then stopped for four years due to my feelings about their then-low quality meats. Now, I’d rather go to a Qdoba than a Chipotle any day, particularly for one reason: Choose Two. Three tacos is too much for me, two tacos & gumbo is just right. Their gumbo is pretty tasty and their meat is much better these days. This location is clean & quick.

I rolled in with 18 people– my FH team. They did fairly well getting us in and out. There is enough seating to accommodate a large group like the one I brought in but it was a little tight for sure– the seating set-up is a little wacky. There is also outdoor seating. The food was good and fresh– I noticed a TON of kids from nearby Ursinus College were stopping in for dinner so it was hoppin’. Accidents happen in food service and I felt the fire on this one– there was some plastic in my burrito– near the VERY end of it so I ate almost all of it. They offered to make me an whole new one– I declined but opted for a cup of guac because I’m a g-fiend. They were very apologetic and pretty embarrassed and I suppose that’s all I can ask for– again, accidents happen.

Beware, the Unilocal map is off and shows the wrong location. This is across the Wegman’s in Collegeville. The service does need to be improved a bit to make it more efficient. Their chicken quesadilla is pretty good.

I’m really surprised at the great reviews here, especially when you have the Audubon location for comparison. I tried this Qdoba out and the Audubon one blows it away in the most important aspects, food and service. I was really excited to have a Qdoba so close to work, 5 minutes, when the Audubon location is 15 minutes away. However after our lunch experiences at this Qdoba my co-workers and I just opt to make the hike to Audubon. The staff here doesn’t seem to have their act together and the burritos they serve are noticeably smaller(read less packed) than what you get at the Audubon location. One time when I was here for lunch the girl making my burrito was having trouble wrapping it and so she finally gave up and asked another guy to do it. She had mangled the tortilla so badly from repeated wrap attempts that the guy said he needed a new one so he dumped the contents into the new tortilla. However a large portion of the burrito contents were now mashed onto the old tortilla and he threw it away and didn’t replace the contents in the new tortilla wrap. He handed me the burrito and I said, «hey, you just threw a lot of my burrito away» to which he shrugged and replied«it happens!». On a separate occasion my office placed a fairly large order with this store and they didn’t give us a bunch of the sides we were supposed to get. Maybe in the future we’ll try this location again but for now it seems to me that they have a lot of work to do if they want to be as good as the Audubon Qdoba.
