I really don’t like the«stars» review system. And this is why. The Providence Town shopping center was built 6 years ago. It has stood vacant every since. I’m sure there is a story to be told here. About the rise and fall of shopping in America. I nominate this shopping center as ground zero. It’s in surprisingly good shape. Whoever owns it is taking very good care of the property. You don’t notice the vacancies until you drive into the parking lot and see all the empty store fronts. It’s very close to the Providence Crossing shopping center a mile or so up the road into Royersford. So I give it 5 stars because, although completely vacant, the current owner is taking care of it. Truly the best example of a ghost mall out there.
