When my boys need sporting gear, this is where we typically head to. We can almost always find what we are in search for and on several occasions, I’ve asked for help and had no difficulty in getting it. We are typically here for baseball related items and have purchased gloves, socks, pants, bats, balls, cleats, and a helmet here. On one recent trip, I was in search for a glove for my 4-​year old t-​ball player and wasn’t sure about the fit and a nice gentleman helped me out and even sold me on a LESS expensive glove.

I presume that the previous people who had bad experiences must have come on an off day. I was greeted the moment I entered the store and asked if I needed help with anything. The staff helped me with fitting rooms and also answered all of my questions.

I find each time I come here I leave angry. Most of the help seems disgruntled or uninterested in their jobs. Only a few employees are helpful or produce smiles. We purchased a bike repair plan with a new bicycle purchase, only to be told there was no longer a professional bike tech employed here. Waste of money!

Don’t bother going in unless you are 100% in shape, with full hair and makeup. Apparently those are the women who get help. I walked around the shoe section for 10 minutes and was not helped or even acknowledged. Too bad I had planned on spending quite a bit on new sneakers.
