I’ve been to many AFS this one is the best. Always clean, never to crowded. AF are all over the country and always opened.

Hands down the absolute cleanest gym in the area !! Have been a member for years and have seen the clientele grow as the word has gotten out about this gym. All equipment is kept in tip top shape. Owners and employees are friendly as are 99% of the members. Can get a little crowded between 4:30 — 6:30 pm and being a small gym, you may have to change up your workout a bit as the equipment you may have wanted to use was already in use, but it really is as simply as doing another exercise and coming back to it. LOVE the idea that you can use the gym at any hour of the day or night. Highly recommend !!

I’ve been a member of countless gyms but none have compared to this one. I’m an avid runner and work out freak. I love that it’s 24 hours… I can get there however early or late as I want. The place is spotlessly clean… everytime I’m there, I see someone cleaning. Compared to most gyms, it’s incredible. The equipment all have individual tvs so you can watch whatever you want. Tanning is included in membership which is nice if you are into that. The equipment is rarely broken and when something is out of order, it gets fixed within a day or so… which is extremely impressive compared to the majority of gyms. The place isn’t very crowded, even during peak times… you can always find a machine or equipment to use. Price wise, it’s right on par with all other gyms in the area unless you go to a 10 dollar/​month Planet Fitness.
What really sets this gym apart, other than all the great stuff that I already mentioned, is the staff and the fun competitions/​activities/​contests they have. Bill knows most members by name and will always stop and chit chat if you are in the mood to. All the staff there are super friendly. They always have fun sign ups for group bike rides, races etc up at the front. They do monthly fitness contest and challenges that you can participate in if you’d like. They have a «biggest user» board which posts members who use the gym a certain number of times a month and then they pick monthly awards out of the group. And if you hit a certain number of visits per month for 5 months in a row, you get your 6 month free. Great motivation! Like I said, I’ve been apart of many many gyms and I’ve never seen such great efforts at getting members involved and doing fun things as a group.
Great equipment, great service, great staff, great atmosphere. I’d recommend to anyone!

This is a nice small gym but they have all the necessities. The place never gets crowded and the monthly rate is on par with other gyms around the area. The being open ²⁴⁄₇ thing was definitely the draw for me.
