This business is now under it’s third owner since going to get my nails and waxing done. There are just two of the original gals left. High turnover rate for this place. Quality just isn’t there anymore. Really hard to just walk-in anymore since they started taking appointments.

Under new ownership as of a month ago 10 – 2014. There is now an owner/manager at the salon all the time to make sure that all nail services are consistent, staff is properly trained and all customer service excellent. He’s made some personnel changes and I know that anyone that might have had a negative attitude is gone. Any problem, talk with Isaac. He genuinely cares. He and his wife now own Anda Nails. Your experience here is only going to get better and better. He wants to know what people think and if they have suggestions. Absolutely the best manicure and pedicure in town. Meticulous high quality work, gorgeous selection of high end polishes, a caring and thoughtful staff, and you always leave feeling pampered and relaxed. First time in over 20 years that someone worked on my cuticles for an acrylic refill. Isaac said that they feel that sometimes the cuticle interferes with the acrylic nail. Makes sense to me. Kevin did a fantastic job on my nails and I also love Lee. Isaac even put a heated herbal pack on my shoulders and back to help me relax and warm me up during this cold day. Felt very good and helped with the headache I had. Also, I asked for a base coat to go over the acrylic as I find it makes my polish last longer. Only too happy to oblige. The bad reviews you may possibly see were because of two previous owners who never were in the nail salon. There was basically nobody managing the place. That is absolutely not the case now. I highly recommend Anda Nails. I trust them completely. Prices are VERY reasonable. Service is excellent. Very friendly staff. Doesn’t get any better than this.

This place has really gone downhill fast! I’ve been coming here for YEARS– I just walked in with my friend … it’s 630, they close at 7, the«OPEN» light is on— the girl at the counter says«oh we can only take one more til 7» … Since they moved and got new help, it’s gotten worse than it ever was before! Will only come back to use the gift cert I was given, never again after that!!!

I don’t typically write negative reviews on Unilocal but this is an exception. I moved to Collegeville last summer after getting married and went through quite a few nail salons trying to find the best one in the area. I went to Anda nails for a gel/UV manicure. While having my nails painted with the thick gel polish I looked down during one of the UV light cycles and realized there was something dark ALLOVER my engagement and wedding rings. I immediately yanked my hand out and was appalled to find nail polish covering my rings. Seeing the look of horror on my face the nail technician simply shrugged and said it happens and that she would take off with acetone. I spent the rest of my manicure fighting back tears as I had JUST returned from my honeymoon and was devastated by my now-tarnished rings. As I was leaving I informed the girl at the register what had happened and how there was nail almost black polish embedded in between diamonds on my wedding band and she suddenly didn’t speak the language fluently and told me to soak my rings in acetone. It’s been 6 months now and even after a cleaning I can still see the polish in between some of the diamonds on my ring and it makes me feel like I was kicked in the stomach every time. And the real kicker? My gel nails, which aren’t supposed to chip for two weeks, chipped almost immediately. Not going back here. I patronize Joy Nails in Trappe now.
