Four Points by Sheraton College Station

Four points Sheraton was the perfect location for our recent trip to College Station Texas. The desk staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a room with two queen beds which were very comfortable. Room was clean, great shower appears to be either a new hotel or recently updated. Breakfast offered many choices and the onsite restaurant had good food for dinner or late night snacking. Our only complaint was the very poor WiFi connection — which was inconvenient — other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed for a night with my husband. Overall we were satisfied because the room was adequate for our basic need which cleanliness, hairdryer, iron board. Just FYI, there was no refrigerator nor microwave. Our unpleasant experience was the breakfast was greasy and not recommended but the receptionist didnt say upfront that we have to pay USD 5/​person for it. Luckily we have the SPG number so we didnt have to pay for a breakfast that we didnt finish. Also try to avoid having dinner in the restaurant if you have choices, we tried their grilled tillapia with rice and the rice was not properly cooked and the fish was too salty. However, We would stay again in this hotel if we get a good deal in the future.

They were out of nearly everything we asked for from the commissary, and the fellow who was fielding requests acted inconvenienced about even looking.
It is a great idea to tailor your requests for staying in college station, but I thought maybe one place would at least have some of the products they advertise

Room was comfortable and modern. Great location for food, shopping and sight seeing. The only downside is that housekeeping skipped cleaning our room despite the fact that we did not have a sign out saying otherwise. We got back to the room late and nothing was done. That part sucked because we had to call front desk to bring bring sheets. Tim brought us some sheets and towels to the room, which was nice of him. Nothing is more disappointing than paying the price of the rooms and you actually have to do someone else’s job.
On another note: the breakfast was good

Not bad for the price but there was no mirror in the room and the walls were very thin! We could hear people’s conversation out in the hall which unfortunately at 2am!

This place has good staff, a little outdated décor but clean. The free breakfast was better than a continental breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt and granolla. If you have allergies bring your own food :)

Decent for College Station, meets expectations for business travelers. Nice location central to town and close to A&M’s campus.

THE single worst and most aggravating hotel experience of my life! Other than the pleasant front desk associate this hotel has absolutely no idea that it is in the hospitality industry. Truly terrible customer service. I’ve been trying to block off a set of rooms for my wedding weekend and it took them 2 weeks to give me a room rate quote; they would not return my calls so I had to finally go in person just to receive an answer. Not only did they jack up the rate on me from what was advertised on their website but the sales manager clearly did not want to help me.
If I had known it was this difficult I would have told my Fiancée we needed to pick another hotel sooner.
SAVE yourself a headache and stay somewhere else

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice pool. Good restaurant with VERY cheap breakfast for guests. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
