Poor selection of hardware, bad juice. I tried a lot of flavors and had a hard time finding any that were bearable and the ones that were OK still had a soapy taste to them. Bought some because i was in a rush and was completely out. I will never buy from here again. I normally shop online where I can find fantastic juice for cheap. Plus the hardware was way overpriced. You’re better off shopping online.

For a few months, this place went downhill. Customer service was bad, selection went down, and prices went up. But my husband and I went back in this week because we’re starting to build our own coils. The store seems to have had another make-​over. The selection increased again, and they have plenty of supplies for building your own coils. They also have all the latest tanks and mods. The prices are competitive and all of the employees we’ve encountered during our last three trips have been helpful and polite. They even remembered my husband from before. I still recommend them.

This place is so crooked, these guys are not only way too expensive but when you swipe your credit card or debit card you’re actually swiping your information into the wrong hands. I went there with my girlfriend to get her a mod that she wanted and has visited this fraudulent vape shop before and they were going to charge me $ 160 for just the mod itself. i got the mod, Atlantis and all the other accessories in austin for $ 160. plus not only does this company sell their stuff at a ridiculous price but they also steal you credit or debit card information. So buyers beware plus tooters are without a doubt better then the fraudulent vapor shop. i wouldnt go to a business with just starting out a negative review from the better business bureau when they started out. Vapers beware!!!

This place is amazing and I recommend this shop to anybody. They aren’t in it for the money, they truly care about their customers, and they educate you on every aspect of vaping. Whether you’re a beginner looking to drop cigarettes or you have been vaping for a long time and need some tips, they are always willing to help. The atmosphere is great and you always feel welcome. The group of people working for Aggieland Vapors are one of a few shops that want to educate people on vaping and prevent regulation.

Very rude workers, when you need assistance with anything they make it seem like a hassle. Would not recommend!

Seriously amazing customer service. They stayed open late to fix my mod and we’re just happy to help. Every time I go in they have new flavors and items to try, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Not only that but they walk you through in simple terms how to fix whatever issue you are having — you don’t end up with the same issue twice. I’ve been a customer since they opened and I will be a loyal customer as long as I’m vaping. Thanks so much!

(Writing on behalf of a family member as this is her review) Under new management which is horrible. Previously, it was a joy to go into for accessories, refills, etc. Staff is kind and friendly. But since the manager was replaced… the new guy is just rude! I purchased a $ 75 e-​gig 6 weeks ago. Today it literally fell apart. Wires exposed, burnt flavor. I use normally and take very good care of it. I actually purchased this one as it was recommended by them. The manager offered no warranty, no replacement, no discount. Staff even admitted the flavor was burnt (he said it was fine). I did purchase an inexpensive one but they have lost my business. I am making my next purchase online and refills elsewhere in town.

Went there several months ago and wasn’t impressed with the flavors. I bought a little eGo battery and it died on me within the first month. The batteries are not legit Joyetech battery. Buyer beware.

I have been to this place a few times, and every time I am disgusted with the customer service. One visit I was explaining VG and PG to another patron, only to be rudely interrupted by an employee that said quite rudely, «No Honey that’s wrong we use both here.» OBVIOUSLY! Another time the same rude girl attempted to justify a $ 30 price mark up on a battery versus online competitors as overhead and proceeded to explain to me how a business works in a condescending tone (I have my bachelors degree in Business Administration). My visit today brought on this review. The guy named Dillon that «helped» me did not say a word to me when I got to the counter. Not even a hello. So I asked how he was doing, and was completely ignored! I repeated myself 5 times before he simply grabbed my paper and walked away. This is the type of service you can expect if you go here. The e-​liquid is great, but the people suck. I will not step foot in this place again. The guys at BreezeeSmokes are much more friendly and their prices are better too!

By far the best e-​cig retailer in BCS. Staff is personable and very friendly. Never have I been to a place with a better environment. I will never go anywhere else. They are helpful and really want you to feel important.

Use extreme caution when dealing with this vendor. Long story short, bought a device and was verbally told it was $ 70 with a 10% discount as a first time buyer. When looking at the receipt later they charged $ 90.
In addition to the overcharge, the battery charger never worked, found them on eBay for .99 with free shipping from China; The battery that came with it was a generic not designed for the kit and it doesn’t work. One of the tips burned out in 3 days when they said it should last for weeks. And finally one of the main components failed where the tip fell off.
Took it back and all they told me was that they could charge me $ 6 for a cheap plastic replacement of the stainless steel part that came with the kit I was overcharged for as what they sold me was discontinued. Why did they sell me something discontinued, lie about the price, abuse my credit card and then half of it doesn’t work?

Aggieland Vapors has a wide variety of flavors, I really like Fire & Ice. Staff was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great store, quality products.

The salespeople are helpful and not too pushy. They let you try out what you are buying, and offer a 10 percent discount for first time customers. Prices are competitive with what you find online. Good variety of products that are much nicer than the ecigs you find in convenience stores.
