Pizza Mart

First and last time ordering from Pizza Mart. Didn’t know it was possible to mess up a Double Cheese, Mushroom and Sausage pizza but goodness! nasty to the point my children thru it in the trash. never again!

Worse customer service food quality is also not good and delivery really late that means never order again to pizza Mart because I waste my money and after that my atomic have upset

If you are looking for decent quality food at reasonable pricing for delivery DO NOT waste your time or money on Pizza Mart. They have no regard for their customers and have no interest in providing any semblance of customer service. When I placed an order this past weekend for lunch, we waited nearly 2 hours for our cold food to arrive. And did I mention it was the wrong order? Apparently they ran out of steak for the steak & cheese sub and instead of letting us know by phone, they sent us a completely different sandwich which looked so unappetizing we didn’t even try it. When I called the store at 2pm to ask for the correct order– and then eventually a refund, I was asked to call back at 6pm and ask for Mehmout. When I called back, I spoke with Mehmout and have never experienced such a lack of care from a manager. Not a single apology– no acknowledgement of the long wait, cold food or wrong order. He refused to refund me my money and offered a free sandwich on our next order. Thanks– but I never want to suffer through ordering from you ever again. When I persistently asked for a refund, he tried to say that they would charge me an additional $ 5 for coming back to pick up the wrong order. So now I am responsible for paying for YOUR mistake? The best part? The conversation ended with him hanging up on me. I am in the hospitality industry and have never experienced such a rude, unprofessional «manager» in my life. Please consider trying ANY of the other delivery options in the area.

I ordered the Margherita Pizza and Oreo Cookie Pie to be delivered. It turned out Pizza Mart was out of their stock of the Oreo Cookie Pie. I was so disappointed. I was totally craving some pie! I ended up settling for the chocolate cake. That cake was overwhelmed by the sweetness of the chocolate frosting. I was mega disappointed. But the pizza itself was good, no complaints there.

Not so good with the delivery. We ordered a XL at around 11 30 pm and it arrived at 1 05 am after calling them up 3 times. The pizza was dead cold upon arrival. Let’s not even go on how it tasted, hardly anyone ate it. This when reported to the manager, he promised a free pizza the next day. Next day we call, some guy says the manager is on a holiday and he can’t give out the pizza.
They are open till 4 am, but no point, never ordering anything from here.

their garlic bread with cheese is amazing. The veggie pizza was good too

My husband and I actually found out about Pizzamart in College Park, Maryland due to someone leaving a Pizzamart flyer on our apartment door. We decided to give it a try because we were both craving a different kind of delectable pizza for delivery. We both have already tried multiple pizzas from there, however the pizzamart deluxe is one of our favorite pizzas. Pizzamart in College Park, Maryland is perfect for those who are looking for appetizing pizza at the similar inexpensive prices of Pizzahut, Domino’s, Papa John’s etc.

I LOVE Pizza Mart!!! I loved their jumbo slice when I lived in Columbia Heights a million years ago and now that I live in MD I am SO glad they have a location close by!
They also have added a new item called HEROGIE and it is DELICIOUS! I tried it tonight and wow! SO yummy :-)
Pizza is great, the people are super friendly and the location is perfect! What more can you ask for?

Literally the worst pizza I have ever had. 2 slices for almost $ 12. HUGE portions (which I’m not mad about). Seriously though, the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It’s hard to screw up pizza, but this just tastes terrible. I have lived in college park for the past 20 years and this is the worst thing to come through since Chop It. If you want late night drunk pizza, stick to ratsies, or even 711.

It was awesome. There are pizza places out there which give you large slices but they layer everything so thin that you aren’t actually getting more. This «big slice» was thick and had plenty of cheese an sauce; just saying that it was the largest piece of pizza I had ever seen is not enough. I guess the most important thing to mention was that the pizza actually tasted really good. This was an excellent experience and I will be back.

I’ve recently heard this was under new management. Went and stopped by, JUMBO SLICE, DELICIOUS! We grabbed a jumbo slice of cheese for less than 6 $. The crust was great and the cheese was yummy and gooey. My son really enjoyed it. Two slices could definitely feed 4 people. Totally worth it.
