The good: You can order it how you want it and service is relatively quick The bad: They skimp on the protein, they should have a better and fresher veggie selection, the hummus isnt great, and overall the food was just kind of a letdown.

You get what you order. You can customize your own pita. Nothing fancy, but if you know what you like and pick a good dipping sauce it is yummy! The chicken meat sucks though, I find myself picking out the narsty pieces.

If only I had checked Unilocal before going here with my friend, I would have been saved from the tastelessness of Pita Pit’s boring food. My friend loves this place(it, apparently, brings him back to his college days) but I don’t understand the appeal. I felt like it was pricey for the amount of food you get and the food wasn’t amazing. The place has a grubby feel to it. The seating is sparse, as is the décor. Really not a memorable experience. I definitely wouldn’t seek this place out.

I would have to concur with the previous reviewer, as I definitely felt like I had been robbed at pita-point when I left this place. It only gets 2 stars because College Park is full of one-star-worthy places, and I can’t give one star to every single place(well, I could, but then my one-star reviews would lose their star power).

If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. The meat portion is tiny — maybe a total of 3 ounces of chicken in my pita. The pita itself was not good and very thin. I would say stay away– nothing special and its like being robbed. Plus no iced tea from their soda machine
