It was my first time buying a home, so I was not sure what to expect. Looking back at things now, I’m not sure what I would have done without John — He was fantastic! He was clearly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As a first time home-​buyer, I really appreciated the way John took the time to explain the details involved in every phase of the process. At no point in this process did John ever make me feel dumb or silly… even after asking tons of questions (some of which must have been dumb or silly). Even after signing the contract to purchase the house, John was always there for me to provide support, advice, and care, up to (and even beyond) closing on the home. After the moving trucks left the new house which was filled with boxes and excitement, John showed up to see how everything was going with a gift basket in hand to congratulate me. Overall, John was extremely helpful and reliable. He is a genuine person who sincerely cared about my experience in the home-​buying process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the area — You will not be disappointed.
