I was on a work trip, went once for lunch and had to come back before I left to get my lunch to-go for the airport. AMAZING food, healthy, owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! He walked me through the menu, introduced me to his lovely wife who is the chef… great business I am happy to support.

Interesting lunch with a South American flavor. Good soups, salads, sandwiches. On occasion, nice hibiscus juice to go with. We often get Columba’s tamales at Christmas.

Absolute best place to get a fresh salads, actually many unique fresh amazing salads in CDA. Couple who runs this are super! Their homemade Latin soups are terrific. Atmosphere is warm and fun. Not inexpensive but a good value for fantastic food.

Excellent! We had the Cubanito and the Club Quesadilla. Both were delicious. You can tell that the chef truly cares about the menu and the staff takes pride in thwir work. Carlos was genuinely friendly and personable. We live in Washington and have family in Montana, so we drive back and forth often. We will definitely be coming back here!

Showed up randomly today because of all the great reviews. The owner actually took the time to explain all of the various Latino influences from various countries that are in the food, amazing. I ordered the El Cubanito. I tried to get some of their watermelon shrimp cerviche, however they were out. But the owner did save me a little cup of it, it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I also had a glass of their hibiscus water, simply amazing as well. This place is phenomenal, and I know why it has such a high rating.

I never write reviews, but I had to for this place. I had two different salads along with a green apple lemonade drink. Everything was bursting with flavor and tasted incredible. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

This place is so awesome! It was recommended to me by the girl who did my pedicure, and it has not disappointed. I love Carlos! The second time I came here he remembered what I ordered before and where I sat, and now a couple months later I feel like we’re good friends! He goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy. The food is so delicious and healthy. Nice variety. I only wish it was open for breakfast and dinner so I could eat here every single meal!

This place is perfect. The food is incredibly tasty and nutritious and fresh. Apparently they combine recipes learned from family with a fancy culinary degree. And you can tell. Lentil soup with apples. Quinoa with queso fresco and cucumbers. Spinach salad with mango salsa. Pork sandwiches, etc. You could eat here every day and feel full and healthy and awesome. And don’t even get me started on Carlos. He makes you want to be a better person — his energy is that great/contagious. I love this place!!! Friday is tamale day — put it in your calendar!

This place is incredible! I live about 45 min away, and took a friend for her birthday after reading such great reviews. It surpassed expectations. We both plan on going back in the next week. Their food is amazing and fresh, and their customer service is wonderful. I really can’t say enough good about this place!

So delicious! We had soup of the day(Tortilla lime, I believe), Incan quinoa salad, the carambola sandwich and the Argentina sandwich. All were amazing. The bread on the sandwiches was perfectly warm, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The two people who served us seemed like the owners, and they were inviting, gracious and attentive. Wish we lived in CDA to enjoy this place regularly!

OMG… LOVE this place!!! They really take pride in making their food and it shows. My fiancé and I are new to the area. We went based on the reviews and we agree with all the great reviews, the food is outstanding! The guy that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. He gave us samples of various salads to try, they were all so good it was difficult to choose. Can’t wait to go back! It’s a tiny place with limited seating. Highly recommend!

Came here after landing from the airport, starving. I always knew CdA had some good food, so everyone around me recommended this spot. These guys have«customer service» down pat with extremely friendly service. I knew I was in for a treat, but not this amazing. Here what I went for: Watermelon shrimp ceviche — are you kidding me? My tastebuds were pulling triple backflips while eating this. Will you guys also ship some to California? Ha! El Mexicano chicken sandwich — straight up one of the best sandwiches I’ve had as of late. Convinced they sprinkled some crack on this to make me come back. Absolutely delicious! On the way out, I noticed the head chef and proprietor had 2 diplomas, yes two, from the prestigious Cordon Bleu culinary school… And just like that — they completed the trifecta in my book: service, bomb food, diplomas. I have another 6 days here, I’m sure I’ll be back before I leave to LA.

This food is so flavorful! But warning, they are only open from 11AM-3PM and I am telling you, don’t wait til the end of their hours to go because items sell out fast! We got there around 1:45 on a Friday for lunch and they only had two sides to choose from left, out of all tamales(only made on Fridays), and out of their bread even! However, the owner was gracious and explained all the food to us, told us he could make any of the sandwiches as a wrap instead and apologized profusely for selling out of most items before we got there and even told us to call ahead next time and they will reserve a tamale for us. Such a nice man! His wife is doing all of the cooking in the back and he works the front of the house. The tomato and avocado salad is packed with so much flavor. It’s soaking in this citrusy, herbaceous vinegar that highlights the produce perfectly. The club sandwich(er, wrap in my case) was delicious and so was the cuban, but I’d say order the club over the cuban. And don’t forget to order the hibiscus water or the tamarind water. They are definitely on the sweet side but made in-house and pack a delicious punch.
