If you’re ever in Cocoa Beach make a stop here for some good Seafood bites. I had the steamed shrimp, simple but they were perfectly cooked and their homemade cocktail sauce was divine! I also had ordered a side of hush puppies, which I’m a huge fan of, and these did not disappoint. They tasted extra good dipped in the cocktail sauce, trust, it’s that good! My boyfriend had ordered the famous lobster roll and a side of clam chowder which, both were REALLY good. I see why everyone ravs about it! It’s a cute restaurant, the owners are super friendly and make you feel at home.

The real deal. I am a local and eat there all the time. Highly recommended for vegan, gluten free and organic lovers and seekers. Try it!

Great causal low key place with whole belly clams, snow crab and sea scallops. Reminds me of some of the side stops I made in New England. Servers were very attentive making sure everyone at table was happy! Definitely would go again. Thank you!

So first and foremost the food is great and the staff could not be better. All of the wait staff worked together and got us everything we asked for and moved our table and that is where the one star came from. There was no AC inside so we sat outside on a hot day for dinner after a long day of family fun at the Kennedy Space Center, so ya a long day. As I said the staff did everything to make us happy and I appreciated it. The food was great, cool little beach place with some great seafood. The fresh fish was red snapper and I had it grilled in a sandwich, just awesome. All the family loved their seafood and all raved about which was a good thing as I picked the place and they were not happy about no AC. I will be back again great place for kids and the entire family.

My wife brought me to see her family in Merritt island and I spent all afternoon looking for the best seafood restaurant to take her 94 year old WWII veteran grandfather along with her aunt and uncle to. We picked here and it was disappointing. Waited about 15 min for a table and while waiting I went to the counter to ask a few questions about the different clams they had… well my god, you would have thought I had been the biggest inconvenience of her whole evening! So sorry for asking two questions about YOURMENU! Bottom line… your steamer clams were good but no better than anywhere else, Lobster Roll is BLAND and UNDERSEASONED and your clam chowder tastes similar to Campbell’s. Get over yourself, maybe it would have tasted a touch better if the woman at the counter hadn’t already left a bad taste in my mouth… but I doubt it.

I don’t think I can brag enough about this place!!! We got the awesome sweet tea and smoked fish dip as an appetizer that was beyond awesome! My sister and I split the platter, and wow!!! Real clam strips that are huge, actual sea scallops that aren’t grainy, and awesome haddock and shrimp! Not to mention we had so much left over, so the platter can feed at least 3 – 4 people! Just amazing food and service!!! I’m coming here again ASAP! This was awesome!!!

Oh my god. I’m in love with Jazzy’s and I can’t wait to go back. Orlando is lacking in the tasty lobster roll department(seriously, am I missing something? Is there somewhere I can go for a good lobster roll around here) so when I heard about Jazzy’s my little booty RAN there. Upon arrival I noticed that the parking lot was very small but we managed to get a spot. Parking at other places in the area is tight so this wasn’t unusual. I started off the meal with Jazzy’s calamari, which is their version of the traditional fried calamari appetizer. The calamari is tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette which I wasn’t sure how I would like but ended up loving it. For my main course I obviously got a lobster roll! I opted for a side of fries and coleslaw. Everything was delicious. The lobster roll was perfect; it had nice chunks of lobster meat and the dressing wasn’t too much. The toasted butter roll it was on was PERFECTION, I mean I would eat the roll by itself. You can get clam chowder instead of fries as your side, which someone in my party did and he loved it. I know whenever I’m in the area Jazzy’s will be my first stop!

OMG, this place has some delicious food! I ordered the lunch crab cakes basket. My food came with fries and another side, so I ordered coleslaw. I got two nice sized crab cakes full of crabmeat(roughly 90% or more). The fries were nice and crispy and the coleslaw wasn’t too bad. I was very impressed because the outside of the restaurant wasn’t anything too fancy but the food inside was definitely worth it. They do not have a drink fountain, so your standard Coke products are still in the can, but they are cold and you also get a cup of ice. I noticed they had some bottled beers of various types, but since I was getting on the road, I chose not to drink(I’m so responsible-Ha!). I suggest that if you want some fresh seafood in the Cocoa Beach area, you visit this establishment. Check them out!

I have been here several times. My uncle lives about a five minute drive from here. He knows the owner and his family, and he loves to take me here when I visit. I’ll admit that it used to seem like we got special treatment because of his friendship with the owner. After a while it became clear that the staff and owner go out of their way for everyone. As far as the food goes, I have almost always had a great meal. Any type of shrimp, lobster or crab they serve is always exceptional. The scallops, however, sometimes have a funky taste. I’ve never gotten sick from them, and I’m positive they would pass any health inspection. Perhaps their recipe just isn’t the best for that particular item. One other thing is that their non seafood options are not great. However, the fact that they are a small business, marketed as a fresh seafood eatery makes that small issue completely acceptable. I only mention it so that those who aren’t a fish fan are not disappointed if they visit. Lastly, would I recommend this place? I would… to locals and friends. I don’t think this is a great tourist destination. Mostly that’s because tourists would be happier eating at larger, and more extravagant settings. I like having local gems, where I don’t have to here people complain about prices, and expect 5 star cuisine and ambiance for $ 15 a head.

I had the lobster roll($ 16). Price isn’t bad considering I’ve paid more at other places. The chunks of lobster where nicely cooked and very good. Their clam chowder had lots of clams, definitely a plus. I also ordered a side of sweet potatoe fries($ 2.99), nothing special there. The service wasn’t bad either. There are only a few tables inside, but looked like the outside had plenty more seats.

Out on the patio, light breeze and Mahi-mahi sandwiches. It’s very chill and the food is right on. Along with the Mahi we got the triple tail blackened, Red snapper and fried shrimp. Everything was served with fries(sweet potato or regular) with a choice of macaroni salad or coleslaw(the coleslaw was not that great and I didn’t taste the macaroni salad). We wolfed our meals down. Our children ordered the kids meals and those came with ice cream sandwiches! It’s been a while since I’ve had really good fish. It was cooked to perfection and tasted fresh. Couldn’t ask for more. For 4 adults and 2 children it cost around $ 100

Dog friendly spot that we happened on while at cocoa cocoa beach fl. I got the whole belly clams and the wife got a lobster salad that was great. Small shack in downtown. We had a great time and found the service to be prompt and attentive. Small inside with tiny retail section. The seafood is delivered from York Maine and they take pride in the New England vibe. Definitely try this spot!!!

This place is not fancy at all we ate out on the patio on plastic picnic tables but if you want fresh seafood, right out of the ocean, caught locally, this is your place. I had sautéed scallops and while I usually just like them with butter salt and pepper the sauce they made was nice/different. the red snapper was«Panko like» fried perfectly and while I’m not usually a fan of tartar sauce the homemade sauce they had was delicious. a real surprise for both me and my daughter was the fried green tomatoes so often they are soggy or taste funny but we loved the way this place prepared them! Thin and crisp.

Delicious fresh seafood! I ordered the triple tail which the server informed me was a local mild white fish. I asked for it blackened and it was fantastic. The fish came with two sides and I chose fried green tomatoes and coleslaw. The fried green tomatoes were cut super thin which was new for me as I have always had thick cut fried green tomatoes… still tasty though! I noticed a great selection of craft beers listed on a chalkboard outside and I believe they serve wine as well. Great atmosphere! Definitely sit outside on their patio where they have fans going to keep you cool.

Delicious food and exceptional service. Dropped by for lunch while visiting from DC and had the best crab cakes south of Maryland and amazing sweet potato fries. The wait staff was beyond helpful and courteous even providing me the best location to watch the shuttle launch. It is for sure on the list the next time I’m in the area.

I really liked this place. The staff was nice. Seafood is very fresh. You can dine in, take out, order a boatload, have them steam it all and take it home. Great selection of craft brews. I had the lobster roll. It was done in a traditional new England style. The roll was perfect; crunchy, toasted and soft on the inside. The roll could have used more lobster but, it was a solid good. Great artwork. Great atmosphere.

Excellent lobster rolls! This is as good as lobster rolls get, even in Maine. It’s amazing that you can find lobster rolls this good in Florida. If you haven’t been to Maine this is the closest you will get without traveling 1200 miles north.

I got the Lobster roll with the Clam Chowder and it was delicious. I highly recommend the Clam Chowder. My husband ordered the whole belly clams which were battered and fried. It’s best dipped in drawn butter and lemon. My kids got the fried shrimp and grilled cheese. They loved it. The kids meals were a bit pricey. The servers were good. There is patio seating and limited inside seating. Seafood themed throughout the restaurant with only ONE restroom.

After seeing the high rating, I had to check this place out. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment. From the moment we walked in, I felt uncomfortable and awkward. We entered through what felt like the back door which turned out to be the main entrance. Finally, we found someone we believed to be working, and had to ask if we were in a restaurant. After a lengthy explanation, we were still unsure. Finally, we came to the conclusion we were in the right place, and after looking around inside(the dining area seemed unclean and uninviting), we decided to sit outside. We realized it was no better outside, but the server was was welcoming, so we had a seat. We started with the calamari which was unremarkable. I had a fish of the day(red snapper) blackened sandwich which was good, but the portion of the fish was disappointing. With such a good location, this place has great potential, but at this time, leaves a lot to be desired. The downside is this place is in desperate need of a makeover, if not a complete remodel. Also, the fish portion on my sandwich, even though delicious, left me feeling jipped.
