You get what you pay for. Karl Troupe has always been honest and if he makes a mistake; he makes good on it. He is also one of the better if not best mechanics at diagnosing a problem that I know. He does not give you things you do not need and always notifies you before doing anything that was not agreed upon, so there are no surprises…
