Wow! I’ve noticed a change with this JITB. They have changed my mind about Drive Thru service. We ordered 3 burger combos and a chicken combo. All 3 burger combos had different things on or off of the burger, some had regular fries, some had curly fries. They bagged our order in individual bags and it was 100% correct. I know this should be the expectation but no matter where I go, something isn’t right.
Kudos to JITB for getting our order back. If we’re hungry late at night, we know the night crew can throw down!
