Wonderful service! Right on time. Greg & Chris worked their tails off to get our chimney clean! Being in our home for a year and never using the wood burning stove, Greg inspected it thoroughly to make sure it was in good working order! We have a wood burning stove inserted into our fireplace. Price was under $ 200. I highly recommend using Valley Chimney Sweep.

I played phone tag with Greg for a week. When I finally talked with him, he informed me that he doesn’t do pellet stoves. What kind of chimney sweep is he? Sounds like he’s after the fast, easy money. After I informed him that I would leave a review stating this fact he offered to go out imminently. Don’t waste your time. Call a REAL chimney sweep, one who’s not a character from Mary Poppins!!! I’m borrowing the equipment from a friend and doing it myself! Chim, chimney Chim, chimney Chim, chim, cher-​ee!!!

Greg just left and I would highly recommend this business. I live in a 30 year old home outside of Fresno with an old fireplace. He took the time on a Sunday to clean my fireplace. He thoroughly explained his concerns to me and was sure to address my concerns. He was efficient, friendly, and very professional. It is worth every penny and I feel much safer in my home.

Greg was just here and cleaned our chimney. Very personable, friendly and professional. He did an outstanding and thorough job. We had not used our fireplace in years, but wanted it cleaned for the new owners soon to be moving into our home that just sold. Greg was very efficient and went above and beyond! Had my fireplace cleaned today. Cleaned the chimney with no mess. Would definitely recommend Greg’s service. Recently installed gas logs. Greg took a picture of the log arrangement, removed the logs, covered everything else so no soot allowed into fireplace base. He then used his picture to replace logs in original arrangement.

Greg did a great job cleaning and inspecting my chimney. He was prompt in arriving for the scheduled cleaning. He was very clean and efficient. Greg explained the process and gave me tips on using and maintaining the fireplace. His price was stated up front and is very reasonable. I recommend his service, and will hire him again next season.

If you need your chimney swept, call Greg at Valley Chimney Sweep. We called around to a number of places, and his price was lower by a good margin. They came in and did the job cleanly and efficiently. Explained the process well. Some day I’ll actually use my fireplace, and feel confident that my house won’t catch on fire from built-​up creosote. :)
