The Dandelion

First time here, Had my hair done by Jordan, came out nice. She was friendly, easy to talk to, reasonable prices. Im really really picky who does my hair and I would definitely go back to Dandelion.

Poor customer care. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Care more about walk ins than established customers. Had been to the Fresno location previously. Had set up an appt for my daughter for a hair cut and color. She lives out of town. When she arrived they said I had only scheduled for a haircut. They put the blame on me rather than accepting responsibility for the receptionist’s error and inability to book the appt correctly. They could not accommodate her because they were busy with walk ins! When I called back to inquire and complain I asked to speak with the manager and upon insisting I got to speak with Jenny Pauline. She explained how they were so busy and had so many walk ins they could not fix the problem that day. I mentioned to her the fact that it was the error on their part and that the message system they have is faulty because it only tells you that you have an appt but doesn’t explain the service. Again, she insisted they are very busy and have many customers and did not seem to care that my daughter had limited time and was from out of town,. They lost 2 clients that day for good — my daughter and I will not be returning to that salon!

If you’ve never been to The Dandelion you’re missing out. Jenny and Josh make sure they help their stylists stay up to date with the latest techniques. Tabitha would be proud!

I’m usually nervous to get my hair done because I’ve had bad experiences, but this place is amazing.
Go to Brittany for hair color, she is a true expert and you can tell she has color down to an exact science. She asks questions until she knows exactly what you are looking for and really listens to what you are saying.
The décor is a clean rustic/​industrial feel with big wooden framed mirrors that I want to copy at home.

Today was my first day at the salon, I followed my stylist Malorie there! The salon is pristine inside, very friendly staff right from the moment you walk in. My stylist is beyond talented, she does full color on my hair and today did an organic treatment to straighten and condition my hair and I absolutely LOVE it! I highly recommend checking out the salon and my stylist! Her work is consistently AMAZING!

Update! I gave Dandelion another shot cause Brittany came highly recommended and I’m glad I went to her cause she fixed my botched, 16 different colored hair. Don’t be scared to speak up if you’re unhappy cause the staff is very accommodating and nice. I’ll be back in a couple weeks to play with more color in my hair! Thank you guys so much

I initially walked-​in to have a consultation and then returned the next day for the appointment. We had discussed what I thought was a pretty easy application of color and highlights. I was very disappointed with the level of skill from the stylist I was paired with, I think she is very new at doing hair. By the end of my appointment she was asking another stylist for help and didn’t seem confident at all during the entire appointment. Because of all the toning she did, my hair is now grey and I still have the orange lowlights I wanted taken care of in the beginning! It was very frustrating to spend $ 100+ and then be told I would need to come back a second time.

I’ve gotten my hair done by Sixx over the years. She is super sweet, and I can tell you NOBODY does it like her! She is an absolute goddess. Every time she does my hair I feel like a new person. She does it all– cut, style, color, treatments. It’s a definite bonus that she is an accomplished makeup artist as well. She really can visualize the whole package, and your sense of style. Cannot recommend her enough.

Love this Salon! Just got a hair cut and blow out from Jordan and she is amazing! I recommend this Salon over any!

This salon is absolutely adorable! The vibe here is really sweet and friendly– always offering coffee, water, or cookies :) my stylist was Jordan, who did an amazing job on my partial highlights! Definitely recommend!

Love love love !!! Very friendly staff!!! Never disappointed !!! I usually just walk in and am able to get my hair done never longer than a 10 min wait!
