The customer service here is subpar best. A few years ago it used to be much better with much more knowledgable associates. I don’t come here often but when I do it’s because I live less than a mile away. I was in today grabbing some freon that I just couldn’t find. I approached the assistant manager who was watching me look obviously lost to get pointed in the right direction. I got a very lazy point and told«over there.» Where is «over there?» Asile 4? The back corner, show me you douche. Turns out it was on an endcap right behind me. Thanks for not just telling me that. The customer service all star was now my cashier. Well there was an added charge of $ 10 that gets refunded if you bring the empty can back. I know this isn’t their fault but I only used maybe half of the can. Now what, am I just out $ 10IF I ever use the remainder of that freon? I don’t know I guess I’m just irritated by that awesome customer service.

Great customer service. Came in asking for a part and the associate Stephen, advised me of the part that I needed, got it from the isle, and had me out of there with in 2 minutes. Second time I come here and I must say I’m very impressed by the customer service.

The washer fluid light had been bothering me for a while so I finally decided to do something about it. I was up north visiting my parents and while out and about running errands, I spotted this auto parts store, saw the light on my dash, and decided to pull up and take care of the problem. The washer fluid selection is small. I can either go with the generic or the Rain X or do what my Dad does — soap and water. Meh. RainX it is. They had a good deal. Bought a funnel to make the process smooth and easy. Checkout was simple and since the parking lot was empty, I popped open the hood, dumped in the whole thing of RainX, and boom — light went off. Yay! Hooray for some DIY.

Manager very helpful only if other workers here cared as much as him. Place would get five stars and not just four. Walked in because of dead battery. Was told it would be a while by manger. I told him fine I didn’t have ride or anywhere to go I know the battery is dead but I know you need to test. He put my battery on right then. Now why not happy with others. When I asked if I could use tools they point with reply the tools are over there. Then while waiting I saw another customer come in. Yes he was being rude to clerk but she did not handle it well. Then when customer left she got on phone, I’m guessing with another employee. She began dropping F**** bombs and complaining about customer. I heard all of it. Not very good would have shown me that that even if the customer was wrong they are above it. Now when I come in having bad day cause car is broke. I’m not going to want employees talk trash. :(
