Terrible customer service. The only reason I come here is because it’s close to my work place and it’s the only fast food place. The employees obviously don’t care about their job and always seem grumpy and rarely respond. They just do what you ask without common courtesy to say «You’re welcome» or «Have a good day». The only good part about it is the burger I get every time.

Why are all the jack in the box restaurants a shitty place? The drive thru takes forever for you to just get your order in and theres no one in the restaurant. These worker needs to stop jacking off and get to work.

The customer service here was horrible. I ordered through the drive threw and the girl was rushing me even though there was literally no one there but me. She got my order wrong too. I wanted regular fries and I got curly fries. I went back inside and nobody even acknowledged me when i was LITERALLY the only one there. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Never going back again

Ordered the mushroom Swiss buttery burger, out of mushrooms… Really… ordered it without mushrooms ordered 2 tacos and a milkshake. Got home with a (no) mushroom NO Swiss greasy burger, NO TACOS and a sticky milkshake cup! Damn Jack get your act together! And don’t bother filling out the comment online you need an app for that! Really…

I applaud any manager that takes the reins and isn’t afraid to jump in. I ordered my drive through and when I got to the window, the manager was there apologizing because they were under staffed. I only had one car ahead of me, I hardly waited at all. Very impressive… great experience!

Now I won’t lie, while their drive through was crowded, they got me through it quickly. Their food was ok, not fantastic, but ok.
But ask me if the quality of their food matches the price and that would be a great big negative. I don’t know if they have raised their prices recently or what, but $ 4.75 for JUST the burger seems a bit steep. I would expect to pay that much for a burger and fries, but not for the burger by itself.
So, as much as I like the place, I probably won’t be back, they just don’t give you enough return for your dollar.

Jack in the box is quick and it is pretty good. However, nearly everytime i have been there my order was wrong. This is extremeely frusturating. considering it is fast food you expect thing like this to happend every so often, but there is a point when you have had enough. Even with all these mistakes i would still go back, the staff is friendly and does there best to please the customer. Food is good and the serice is good for a fast food place. They just need to pay a little more attention to what the order calls for. All in all good place for a quick meal.

The Jack in the box on herndon/​fowler is convenant for a quick bite. Friendly staff. Order to go cause too many Clovis City workers hang-​out there for hours instead of working. favorite — Breakfast and sometimes ya just gotta have 2 tacos!
