This is now a Quality inn.
They have a full breakfast, and ten rooms are clean and fresh. Quiet rooms with thick walls!
I paid $ 55.00 on a Tuesday night.

This HoJo was okay. I’ve stayed at other Howard Johnson Express Inns before and the rooms were quite nice (Houston has a nice one). The one in Clovis was do-​able, but not quite up to par. The room was tiny and smelled strongly of mildew and the wi-​fi internet was super slow. However, the staff at the desk was very nice, and the breakfast in the morning was fine. Overall, this was a low-​end Howard Johnson. I think there’s better cheap places to stay in Clovis. For example, check out my review of Clovis’ nicer Days Inn.
