Compudocs

I took a laptop to this place for repair recently. It seemed like a regular repair at first, but ended up taking over 2 weeks. Initially I was told it would be done in about 2 days. Some issues came up with the repair that stretched out to a week. After I got the laptop back after over a week, it still was not working and all my programs were gone. This was not explained by the dude making the repair when I picked it up, so I took it back. He loaded the Microsoft suite back on the laptop and made more «repairs», which took another few days.
The computer now has the basic programs, is bare of files, still runs slow and has not been used since the repair. We might just give it to our 7 year old to play with. This place was cheaper than most others I called, but in the end it cost more for the time and files lost in the process.
Never again.
