We usually have good service when we come here, but tonight was BS. My family and I came in around 8pm ti play. My sister opened a tab and bought pitchers. Around 9:30 my sister went back to the bar to buy another round and the bartender(Amanda-tall blonde, I believe) set the card on the counter, even though the card was still open so it should’ve been put back down because the card was still open, and left it there for Lord only knows the reasons why. My sister came back and her card was gone. I guess sone drunk dudes took my sister’s card and left theirs on the counter. First of all, why did my sister’s card need to be on the counter if the card was still an open tab for future beers. Shouldn’t it have been swiped and put back down in the deck of open cards?(I have no idea how open tabs work). And second of all, why would you leave two cards on the counter by itself for a long period of time. And why wouldn’t you double check who the owner of the card is before it’s returned? The bar was NOT busy, at all. So there is no reason for two customer’s cards to lay openly on the counter for longer than 5 minutes unattended if theyre still on open tab. I completely understand mistakes happen, but there is no reason for you to make such a big mistake like this. Your bar isn’t busy, you’re standing around. If it is common for bar tenders to leave cards on the table and have them be taken by strangers, then I apologize, I must not know how it is and have misjudged. Other than this experience, this place is pretty chill. The worker, Jerky, is really chill and funny. So if you ever stumble across her, give her a good time. The next time I come back(which I will because I won’t let one bad experience falter future ones) it will be chill with no hard feelings towards the workers here, unless I experience another bad encounter. My review is definitely just clouded by my feelings. I’m sure I will write a future review that is better than this one.

Came here with my parents. There are a lot of pool tables and even some dart games. We had fun playing both. Reasonably priced. As we were leaving we noticed they had security out front. Liked that they had a dress code: no tank tops for men. saggy pants. no bulldog or NFL apparel, etc. For the most part but was clean.

I enjoy coming here but this past few times I had a very bad experience. The server, Amanda, was very rude to my sister and me. I think that if this place continues to give this kind of customer service I wont be coming back again. So ladies, beware of this server. She is rude and touches her phone very often. Instead of giving good service she would rather touch her phone in front of you instead. I am paying for hours of pool and pitchers of beer. I dont need a child to serve me. I thought this place was better then this.

Purchased a Fresno Dealsaver, it was a great deal! First girl did not have an issue checking our I.D. The second girl, Amanda, demanded to double check our I.D. cards although we already have drinks at our table. When checking the cards again she didn’t believe the individual was the person in the I. D card and asked the person to smile like the photo in the card. When returning the pool balls, I approached before my two hours were up. Amanda, however, took her sweet time chatting up a regular and cashing him out. When she got to me I ended up owing $ because she took her sweet time. Didn’t appreciate that very much. The girl also didnt come to take away our pitcher or the eight cups at our table. Spent more time in her phone and leaving the bar unattended, but that’s just experience from my short time there.

Not a bad pool hall with plenty of tables to play on. The beer prices are a bit steep but not terrible. There are numerous televisions that play most sports. The place is clean but kind of dated, especially the floors and chairs. Overall this place is pretty lax and fun.

This place is good. The down fall would be that they need some better seating and table arrangements. It felt very clustered in certain area while playing pool. Customer service was great though. The security and bartender was super cool.

I like it here but I caught one of the girls overcharging me. I’ve always paid more than what I calculated and I never understood why until I check my own time everytime we get a table. They always charge 2 – 5 dollars more than what your supposed to pay and god knows how much they’re charging when you get a pail if beer. :(I’m assuming they keep the extra dollars for tip but I’m just sad to say I’m never coming back here. Be fair and loyal to your customers if you want to keep your place open, just saying.

I used to come here alllllll the time. One great thing about classics is that the whole space is just pool tables, so you rarely have to wait. They have a Juke box and they have drinks and food. I took a star off because it is all ages. This is a good thing and a bad thing. The good thing is this is the reason i’ve been coming here for 9 years. The bad thing is it can be irritating certain nights when you don’t want to deal with teens being«rebellious» and loud and smoking cigarettes outside. I also took a star off because the food isn’t good, but I understand that it’s drunk bar food(nachos and stuff).
