Andy designed, procured and installed my video surveillance system. He took my concerns and input into account and then presented me with a security solution that fit my needs and more importantly, my budget.
I appreciated the fact that Andy is technically competent and when he encountered problems with the initial installation of my system, as often is the case with technology, he quickly resolved the them. In addition, when I encountered problems operating the system, Andy made himself available to either personally or remotely to answer my technical questions and/​or trouble shoot and resolved the problems.
Andy is honest, reliable and customer service oriented.
