Consumer beware! We have been going to Wan for some time and have been pleased with previous interactions. However, this time we were severely disappointed. We dropped off a significant amount of materials and supplies to have some curtain panels sewn. After careful measuring we should have had yards of extra fabric and Velcro left over. When asked if we could have the extras as we had plans for it, she became extremely agitated and starting acting extremely unprofessional to include throwing measuring sticks and hanging up during phone calls. It was an upsetting experience and we will be not using this business or recommending it in the future.

I was very lucky to find Wan. I commented on a social media site to see if someone could give me the name of a good seamstress. The response was unanimous, Wan was everyone’s go to lady. I gave her a call and she was able to see me very quickly. She altered my chiffon multilayer ball gown in less than a week and did a beautiful job. The price was reasonable and she was very kind and professional. I would use Wan again in a heartbeat.
