I have been utilizing the services of The Help Desk for several years. As a custom sign maker, our design computer is the lifeline of our business. When it would not start up, I contacted The Help Desk. They were there within the hour, diagnosed the problem (hard drive crash) and took the tower back for repair. The drive was cloned, replaced and the computer back up and running by eleven a.m. the next day!
They are highly recommended!
