Parcel Plus

Very poor customer service if you need something notorized! I was in need of a notary and seen that Parcel Plus in Clinton provided this service. I explained to the clerk what papers I needed notorized and one of the papers I had was for my brother for which I had a Power of Attorney giving me permission to handle his affairs. The clerk refused to notarized the papers and didn’t give a reason. Than I asked him did he know where another notary was and his response was «Google is your best friend»! That really wasn’t necessary. I ended up going to the UPS Store in Clinton. I showed them the same papers and they took the time to look at them and notorized them with no problem. As for Parcel Plus in Clinton, MD my husband used their service often to ship packages for his business but after today he will no longer be doing business with them. My suggestion is go to the UPS Store in Clinton MD. They are about 10 mins away and have excellent customer service!

When I called ahead, the clerk told me that my package would be picked up at the end of the day. He also said that they could package the item in front of me. When I arrived two days later, the other clerk said he could package, but I’d have to wait while he helped customers first. In other words I could stay or leave but he couldn’t wrap it right then. Also, I found out later that the package was sent out two days after I left it at Parcel Plus. It does not go out at the end of the day on Saturday unless it’s express. They provided good service and were courteous, but didn’t give me complete answers to my questions.

Very easy to send a package out here, just filled out the slip and handed it over. They do offer quite a few services, so you’ll be able to handle some business needs at a relatively reasonable price.

I’ve used them to pack and ship many items, some of which were fragile, and they were all delivered undamaged and on time. I’ve received compliments about how well packed my items were.
The shopping center it’s in is a pain to get in and out of.
