Can’t really figure out this place. Is it a gift shop?. Is it a coffeehouse?. Is it an evangelical church masquerading as either?. Theyr’e fancy-smancy coffeemaker from wherever aside(It’s good coffee BUT I prefer standard-olé-brewed coffee and espresso you can find at a REAL bistro). Then the hours?. What’s with this early afternoon closing?. From what I understand, the owner’s play the religious card and tried to block an adjoining resturant from getting a simple beer and wine license. Me thinks Elaine’s attempts at community pioty is akin to the Pharasee on the street corner. They need to worry about what THEY have to offer(make it better) than worrying if another business wants to offer the option of an adult beverage Update: The«other» resturant finally got his beer/wine license and to Elaine’s amazement, the town didn’t go to HELL in a HandBasket! Problem with this whole damn town boils down to a total lack of imagination/creativity. You’d never even know the local(overpriced) college even existed .They’re their own enclave it seems. Other than one«meat-and-three» every other resturant serves PIZZA. No variety.HELL, there’s not even a freakin’ RYAN’s in this berg! WTF…
