I was disappointed that Drive line Auto Body did not communicate with me while fixing my car. I will not go back there again. On November 24, 2015 I received an estimate from them of $ 950 to do an auto body repair. We shook on it, as this was the agreed upon price. I providing the shop with $ 1,880 in new parts that I had purchased by shopping around for the lowest price. When I returned to pick up the car a week later, the bill was $ 2393.00! Over double the agreed upon price. They had gone out and bought 937 $ in additional parts and decided to charge me an extra 350 $ in labor that I had not authorized. They parts they purchased were not at prices that I would have agreed to, and were parts that I did not want replaced. I was greatly disappointed that They did not communicate with me, other than an e-mail on where to pick up the original parts I bought for the car. I attempted to communicate with them by e-mail and by leaving messages on their answering machine. They never called me back, or left me a message to communicate about their plan to buy 950 $ in parts. After being gouged by their prices, I had to personally return the bumper cover and headlamp to the dealer to collect a parts deposit. That is the kind of customer service you can expect. I spoke with them in person about my disappointment. They never once tried to compromise with me as the customer, and told me they do not care if they have terrible internet reviews. I paid for this repair out of pocket and was very unhappy with their failure to communicate or listen to me as the customer.

I took my car to the dealership and they quoted me a really high price. I got a second opinion from Drive Line and they were able to do the same work for over half the cost. They told me exactly what was wrong with it and fixed everything while being honest and responsive the whole time. I will only bring my car here from now on.

My car’s rear bumper was fixed within 3 days. This is amazing. The work was neat and service was great. If you are busy, they even have pick up and drop off service. I am satisfied doing business with them. Compared to my previous dealer experience, I feel like I found an oasis in the desert. I totally recommend this shop to anyone. On top of everything, their price is very reasonable. They also have seasonal discount too. Knowing a good dealer Driveline, I am confident to drive anywhere anytime
