Have been a customer here for two years and I’ve never had a problem until today. I saw the staff blatantly talking about us so I spoke to the manager and he did not give a shit. He only defended them. Ever since the management changed a few months ago this place has not been the same. This use to be my favorite hookah place but I will NEVER be returning here ever again. Hopefully the management learns to respect customers and pull their head out of their asses.

The only reason why I am giving this place 1 star is because the owners are so rude. They were sitting at the table next to us and made sure everyone in the place knew they were the owners and kept on being so rude the entire night. Extremely loud and rude comments regarding immigrants. No matter how good a place is if the owners are disrespectful there’s no way I would support their business. I was a regular customer of theirs it’s a shame, but after that incident there’s no way I will return there again.

Went for late dinner and hookah with a friend. We had a great time. Outside seating is nice, clean and comfortable. Aside from the loud table next to us, the place was great for good convo. I felt like I didn’t need to yell at the person next to me so they could hear me. Food and hookah were decently priced. Hookah guy was really nice and attentive. The mixed platter was awesome. Had 4 – 5 different kinds of meats and your choice of fries or rice. I can see myself coming back here to hang out with friends or with someone I want to talk to.

Hookah is decently priced, foods good. Service is horrible… BYOB bottle fee, automatic gratuity on bill when service is unwelcoming and inattentive…

Amaze Balls !! My girlfriends and I went here for some late night chat and hookah. What I loved was the outdoor tent like seating so I can enjoy my food and the hookahs didn’t cloud the evening and leave me smelling smoky. I ordered the mixed grill with a salad and it was amazing, everything about it was great. This place is BYOB which is awesome and we also had a hookah. Perfect place close to home, street parking, inexpensive but quality. The owner was sure to make sure that we were taken care of. I would absolutely go back… soon

Horrible!!! You should avoid. I’ve never came across the worst customer service in any restaurant business industry. First of all, as I walked in today on a Saturday, the whole place is pretty much empty. Many available chairs and tables to sit on. As I walked over with my broken foot to an empty table of four, the manager came and asked us not to sit there. He claimed that it’s a Saturday night and many people come. He directed us to sit a small table of two that was shaking. I politely asked that I have a cast on my for and needed the bigger table for a reason. Many employees came out just staring and whispering. We just walked out. The place was 90 percent empty. No one in the front to greet you. Extremely cold. Unprofessional. Not sure what the problem was. Whether it was discrimination, poor customer service or simply the manager not having a good day, everyone should be considerate and be able to accommodate individuals when necessary at restaurants if they want a great asset. Politeness and consideration and professionalism still exists today, however, unfortunately not with everyone.

Definitely one of the better hookah places in the area. I had the shish kebab and a strawberry smoothie. Great atmosphere, not too crowded and my waiter was very friendly too

Hey everyone i got to say this place is usually awesome there this waitress i think her name was joan there she is so helpful and always picks our hookahs and some how picks out food for us that totally satisfies our hunger she usually picks us pirates cave that tastes like lemon skittles delicious she is awesome but i went there yesterday and found out that they had to let her go what a disappointment so i went yesterday service sucked one blonde chic standing under the small tv and the waiter in the hookah room the majority of the time instead of them seeing if they’re customers needed anything at least the other girl used to check up on us every 10 – 15 to see how we were doing with a very welcoming smile that made us feel at home so just from yesterday experience it felt like the employees felt like theh were at home chillin

We came here yesterday after reading great reviews and had a decent experience. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, she made sure that we had everything we asked for. Food came out pretty quickly; we ordered the shrimp with fries, lamb chops with rice, and tabboule. The lamb chops were excellent, the shrimp was good but nothing special, but the tabboule was disappointing. The bulgur was not cooked all the way and my husband told me it felt like sand in his mouth. I thought he was being dramatic until I tried it. We were also disappointed that they do not have any middle eastern desserts. Instead we just ordered hookah and it was very good. We may come back in the future, but at a cost of $ 100 for two people, I wasn’t that impressed.

This is a great place to go and relax and smoke some hookah. I went last night with my girlfriend and it was BYOB but they charge a bottle fee of 8 bucks, not cool. So when we got there the layout of the restaurant was amazing. The service on the other hand was great too, our server ahmed was really nice and very attentive. The reason why I put 4 stars is because they charge you a bottle fee of 8 bucks, no point of being BYOB if you are going to charge a fee for it. So when we got the check the owner said he couldn’t split the bill which i think is stupid. Overall it was a good experience but I would consider going somewhere else because of the bottle fee, and not able to split the bill and parking sucks. Also they include the gratuity In the bill, which is really dumb because you can have crappy service and still give a tip? Makes no sense.

This place is pretty cool– They have an outside covered patio with Tvs, couches, and tables. Byob– check Hookah– check. Pirates Paradise(tastes like skittles) highly recommended. Hummus with meat was ok… The Chicken platter with rice was really good. Juicy and flavorful. The waitress was extremely friendly. They also came around and changed coal very often. Good place!

Great service here! Love the atmosphere. This is probably the liveliest hookah bar in Clifton. Al Jannah, Kamil’s, and La Ziza are all very quiet. But this place is full of people playing awesome Middle Eastern music like the hookah bars in the city. Hookah quality is good, no complaints. Once again, service is great. Coals are changed regularly and the workers will chat you up with smiles on their faces. Tea was good, they don’t use plain old Lipton Black. They use Ahmad Tea. I’m told the food here is awesome, and it looked very good. I will have to try some on my next visit.

Great hookah. They got the coal guy from one of the other hookah bars and he is awesome and the nicest guy. The food is excellent and authentic. The chef is great and makes amazing food with heat flavor. Even their more American style did is good like the fluffy chicken fingers and tasty calamari.

Great place for awesome and authentic middle eastern food. Very nice staff. I would come back here just for a cup of their(Arabic) coffee.

Great little place to chill out, eat some great food, and smoke hookah. Their menu is surprisingly large for a little place, and the food was delicious. Portion sizes were excellent for the price. The crowd was mostly mid 20s, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Very nice little place, I really enjoyed myself. I ordered labneh and humus, and was pleasantly surprised with each. Another reason to go here, is that the service is prompt, and very courteous.
